Hi @Marcelo Gracia Welcome to the community! If you get 403, that means you don't have access to the action you are trying to perform in Jira via the REST API. I would suggest you use an API token for authorization. https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-api-tokens-for-your-atlassian-account/

Hi @Khabbab Welcome to the community! On a single board, it is not feasible to hide the backlog for sprint and show it on backlog without mapping the column. If you want to avoid showing the backlog column in your active sprint view, consider using quick filters, a separate backlog board, or tweaking your board filter to…

@Eran Roiter it is an Epic Link system field, for my instance, you can check for yours if you have admin privileges on your instance.
-
Hi @Eran Roiter, If you have site admin permission then you can check it. Go to settings> Issues> Custom fields> edit any existing field and then replace the ID.
-
Hi @khushboo_puri, You can move the duplicate sprint issues to another sprint or the backlog and then delete the duplicate sprint. In your sprint name, always use your project key as a pre-fix to make the name unique or before creating the sprint just do a JQL search to check if the sprint name already exists or not.

Hi @Ori Bergman Welcome to the community! Global automation rules can only be configured by Jira admins. Do you have admin privileges for your instance?

Hi @Soukaina IBALINE, You can configure automation and let us know if you are getting any challenges: Example Configuration: * Trigger: Scheduled (every 24 hours) * JQL: status != Done AND created <= -48h * Action: Transition the issue to Done (or Edit issue status field to Done)
-
Hi @Aristos Smirniotis Please verify the date fields, are you using the same fields which are used in the parent? Please share the screenshot of parent issue fields. Please check if there are multiple fields available with the same name.
-
Hi @Jonathan Samuel Perfecto Del Villar, Welcome to the community! It is not feasible to filter the list of options in Field B based on the value selected in Field A. But as a workaround, you can create a select list cascading field and use that field in the form.
-
Hi @cosmin.parnia Welcome to the community! You can use different screens on each transition but do not add the same fields to the transition screens. Also, remove those fields from the edit issue screen.
-
Hi @Bentley_ Andrea please share the automation screenshot? We need to check how it is Configured. You can set default value using the automation by using the action edit field and then you can select the option.
-
Hi @Monica Ngov Welcome to the community! Could you please check if the component lead is having an issue assigning permission?
-
Hi @Fadi Shahwan You may try the below smart value. {{issue.Assigned Group.members}}
-
Can you ask with jira admin what type of field is it? Is it a system field or custom field? Is it a locked field? If yes then admin also can not add the new values.
-
Hi @Ananda, Sampath Kumar In the form, If the field is mapped with a custom field then you can not modify its value in that case you have to contact with your jira admins and they will add it. but if it is not mapped with any custom fields then you can add the new value within the form.
