  • Hey @Franco Sapino - welcome to the Community. Short answer is it depends on how many boards you're adding each person to. The longer answer is this - all boards created in Trello need to sit in a workspace. Upgrading a Workspace is the primary way of upgrading to a paid plan in Trello, and free workspaces can only have a…
  • Hey James, I can't really comment on how you did it. My recommendation would be to remove it and repaste it. There's no need to apply any formatting to your link, if you just copy it in, it'll format itself.
  • Hi James, it looks like you've copied the link in in code format. Can you undo that formatting?
  • Hey @James Marland - welcome to the Community! Can you show a screenshot of what you mean here?
  • Hi @Stepan - welcome to the Community! We do not support billing issues over the Community unfortunately. If you're in need of an invoice, please first take a look at our help doc on how to retrieve them from Trello: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/invoices-and-receipts-for-your-trello-subscription/ If you're…
  • @Hannah Linder - you pay for all of the billable users in the workspace you upgrade. Billable users are workspace members and multi-board guests. If your workspace has seven billable users, then you'll have to pay 7 x $119.99 USD annually (the annual rate for Premium) or 7 x $12.50 USD monthly (the monthly rate for…
  • Hey @Hannah Linder - while the Calendar View will span a card from its Start Date to its Due Date, the Calendar Power-Up is not designed to do this. The Calendar Power-Up is a beta version of the Calendar View, and we added this capability after we transitioned to the Calendar View. If you need this feature, you'll need to…
  • Hey @Andrew Leslie - we're still waiting on you to send through the info we need on TRELLO-157516 to begin our investigation of this issue. I'll nudge you soon on the ticket with a reminder of what we need from you.
  • Great to hear, and I can see my colleague @Theodoro Reato has already replied!
  • Hi @Cécile G. - I can see this is a duplicate of the other question you raised, https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Disparition-cartes-sur-tableau-Trello/qaq-p/2392541 - so we will be blocking new replies on this question, and ask that everyone discusses this over on your original question.
  • @Andrew Leslie - no worries, I've raised a ticket for our team to look into this for you. This ticket is TRELLO-157516. I'll send a reply on that one shortly as we'll need some more info to continue our investigation, please keep an eye out for that email.
  • Hey @valentine gaval - welcome to the Community! I'm assuming you mean the dropdown which comes up when you create a new checklist, and shows the checklists on the board you can copy from. The only way to delete a checklist from this dropdown is to remove the card the checklist sits in from the board.
  • Hey @Katie Coats (WAY SM) - welcome to the Community! It sounds like we'll need to get more info in order to assist you which we can't get over the Community. Can you raise a ticket for assistance at https://trello.com/contact ? You will receive priority support as an Enterprise customer.
  • Hey @Julia - welcome to the Community! There's no way to set a 'Duration' field on a checklist item. You may need to use a Power-Up to accomplish what you're looking for - there's a few that add 'time logging' functionality to Trello, and might be along the same lines as what you're thinking of.
  • Hi @Tuan Nguyen - welcome to the Community! Unfortunately we do not support log in issues over the Community. If you're having log in issues, you'll need to raise a ticket. You can do this by: * Head to https://trello.com/contact * Scroll down to the contact form * For the field 'What can we help you with?', select Account…
  • Hey @Thomas Benner, I recommend having a read through our help doc Adding dates to cards which shows when the dates will transition to certain colours. As far as I'm aware, the old theme also had a change in colour from the date being close to due, to the date being past due. Unfortunately there is no way to transition to…
  • Hey @DSW Reclame - welcome to the Community! I recommend having a read through the help doc Adding dates to cards which explains when the due dates will turn certain colours. When a date is yellow, this means it's within 24 hours of being due. There's no way to turn off or customise these colours unfortunately.
  • Hi @Andrew Leslie - this seems a little strange! Are you sure these images weren't corrupted when you originally uploaded them?
  • Duplicate of https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Images-on-Trello-disappeared/qaq-p/2391444 Please direct answers to the question linked.
  • Hey @Juliana Lopes - welcome to the Community! I cannot see a Trello account under the email you used to create this question. We also cannot help with log in issues in the Community. If you're having log in issues, you'll need to raise a ticket. You can do this by: * Head to https://trello.com/contact * Scroll down to the…
