Thanks for your response. These are screen shots as per the directory did you check extensions of these files? As it's Jira Cloud, could you please try to upload these from other platforms(like widows) expect iPads, iPhones and see if it works?

It's fine @Brant Schroeder , please don't feed bad. The systems allows to switch profiles and I think it might have occurred earlier but now we are aware of the limitation and potential future scope of improvement.
