Usernames and workspaces IDs are unique pieces of your account. New accounts will have the same username and primary workspace ID, but both can be changed separately. Workspace IDs exist in URLs and changing the workspace ID will change the URL for a repository. Therefore, usernames are not that important because they are…

I'm assuming you have checked your notification settings and they seem correct: https://bitbucket.org/account/settings/notifications/ Additionally, on an individual pull request - are you listed as 'watching' the pull request?

Hi @Stephen Procter , I'm not seeing your email address in the bounce list. Do your teammates have issues receiving emails? Were emails working previously?
-
It might be easier to create a new Atlassian account with your personal email and then transfer the repositories you'd like to keep to your personal account. Is there a strong reason to use the same account?
-
Delete and transfer have been moved to a menu that can be opened using the button on the upper-right.

Are you using Bitbucket Cloud or Bitbucket Server? Are you trying to update a git repository?
-
@earth-tone you have other options. This article and its comments offer many ways for you to publish your code: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-articles/What-to-do-with-your-Mercurial-repos-when-Bitbucket-sunsets/ba-p/1155380

Does your email address in your git config match the email of your Atlassian account? You can check using the following command: git config --global -list In most cases you will have it configured globally, but you can check the local configuration as well. git config --local -list

Thanks.. which page are you on when that happens? For example, Source, Branches, Pull Requests, etc? And the bug is that the list changes when you refresh the same page or go from one page to another? Thank you

Feel free to upload a screenshot here if you want to discuss further!

If you have Enable word diff turned on and there is no dark highlighting on a line, that means the entire line changed - in other words, the entire line was either added or removed.
-
It sounds like you have Enable word diff turned on in your viewing preferences. Enable to display a darker shade of color on lines that have been updated or changed. The light red/green represents lines that have changed. The dark red/green represents individual characters on the lines that have changed.

Can you post a screenshot of before and after to help show the difference?

If you're at a company, can you ask the IT department?

That's great to hear! This bug was fixed recently which may have resolved the issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-20106
-
In that case, the other repository might have forking disabled. Maybe you could clone it instead?
-
Have you contacted your Jira administrators?
-
You may need to adjust your repository settings to see the fork options appear. Here is some documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/set-repository-privacy-and-forking-options/ Set forking permissions Forking permissions allow you to specify whether and how a user can fork your repository. Because…

When you add default reviewers to a repository, the users will be added as reviewers on new pull requests by default. This means that when you create a new pull request, you will not need to manually select certain reviewers if they are configured as default reviewers.

Is your local master branch up-to-date (in sync) with Bitbucket?

Hi @lasmit , here is an article on the Community with links to resources regarding the change you'd like to make: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-articles/Moving-away-from-Master-as-the-default-name-for-Branches-in-Git/ba-p/1414060

It sounds like you should create a new branch before making any modifications to reset your work. That way you will have the other branch as a backup. There are some differences between git revert and git reset. This guide has more information that you might find…

Hi @miguel.yoshida and welcome to the Community.. you will need to pick a unique username since the one you typed in is already in use by another user.
