Hi @Michael Seguin, billing stopped when the post was published, start of May 2024. You shouldn't be getting charged for Atlas since then
-
Hi all, just came back from leave so thanks for waiting on me! @Ken Young Since this is transitioning into the "Platform", is there a timeframe the the standard and premium features will be available to the "Free" tier (mostly asking about the user roles and permissions), as well as the viewing capabilities of groups/teams…

Hi @David Harper this is likely because you already have Atlas. See the "What do I need to do?" section and the disclaimer at the end of it for more details. If you have a site/s without Atlas and you still can't see the sign up button let me know and I'll look into it for you
-
Thanks for the heads up @Tomislav Tobijas! Couldn't change the settings of this loom to public so I uploaded it to youtube instead. Give it a try, you should be able to access it now.
-
Hi @saju_thomas, you can't do that at the moment but it's something we'd want to support in the future. We're actually exploring this right now so I'll make sure to share your feedback with the team!
-
Glad you managed to resolve it and thanks for sharing this with the community! 🙂

Hi @Carlos Garcia Navarro 👋 Let's figure this out! I have a few questions to help narrow it down * Is the project you're trying to connect a private project? * Can you see other channels from the same Slack workspace? Is it only the one channel you're trying to connect that's missing? * You mentioned getting a success…

Hi @Milad Sayad we don't support posting updates from JWM at the moment but we're working to better integrate Atlas with all the Jiras. I can't provide a timeline yet but we do want to add support for Jira Work Management down the line.
-
Hi all, no new update I can share about an Atlas API at this stage. Could you list your use cases for an Atlas API as a reply? Perhaps I can offer a workaround or at the very least capture your use cases and share them with the team.
-
We haven't decided to build project hierarchies and it's not on the roadmap at the moment. It might be something we add in the future but we'll have to consider how it will help teams communicate better. Can you tell me a little about why you're interested in project hierarchies?
-
Hi @Rene Hernandez, Was this a one-off or do you always get reminders on Thursday? Regarding the rogue project, to start can you check if you have any topics connected to the channel? We recently shipped the ability to attach topics to a channel and that will send updates from any projects and goals associated with the…
-
Hi @moritz.linke, if a project doesn't have learnings, risks, or decisions, we won't show it to people who can't create them. The main goal here is to simplify the view, if you can't create a learning and there are none in the tab it just adds clutter on the view. Once at least one learning, risk, or decision is added the…

Hi Pete, to filter project by teams you first need to add them as contributors to a project (in addition to adding the people themselves). To do that * Navigate to any Atlas project * Click on the `+` icon next to contributors * Search for a team and add it to the project If members from the team are already assigned as…
-
Hi @Alexander Grewe, appreciate the feedback! I understand your situation and it does sound frustrating. People often have different views on these features, we had some users who absolutely want to be notified about every development on a project they follow where's others prefer to only hear about updates once a week.…
-
Hi Tim, I'm not very familiar with SuccessFactors, can you tell me a bit about how you would like to link Atlas goals to the goals you have in SuccessFactors? Are they company/department goals or individual goals? Is there a reason you want to track goals in both these tools rather than in one of them? As an aside, right…
-
Hi @Joseph.LoPilato, there's a bug we're working on right now that's preventing new workspaces from inviting users. I'm checking with our dev to see if your workspace is also impacted. Has this been resolved or still an ongoing issue for you? In the meantime if you still have trouble adding users could you check the share…
-
Hi Greg, Are you interested in posting updates to multiple projects or multiple updates to one project? And to your example, do you mean you want to post an update about ongoing bugs to your project? Sorry if I'm missing something obvious here, keen to understand your use case!
-
Hi @Greg Billington - ScriptRunner, great suggestion! We've discussed customising the reminder cadence in the past. It's not on the roadmap at the moment but we are collecting feedback about it to help us prioritises it down the line. I'll add yours as a +1 to our internal board.
-
Hi @Ryan Sorensen and @Caitlin Steel, Wanted to follow up on this and let you know that we just shipped the ability to connect topics to both our Slack and Microsoft Teams apps! You can connect topics just like you’re used to with projects and goals. Either via the app using the atlas connect command or from an Atlas topic…
-
Hi @Bryan Guffey, at them moment we don't have API or app support available for Atlas (although we'll likely have that in the future). We will be introducing custom fields into Atlas for our paid plans soon so you could dedicate a text/string field for DC epic codes/IDs but it won't sync with the issue or show on the Jira…
-
Hi @Bryan Guffey First of all, welcome to Atlas! Unfortunately we only have integration for the cloud version of Jira Software. Having said that, if you start using now and do move to cloud down the line you could sync existing Atlas projects with Jira issues and bring Atlas goals into your new Jira cloud.
-
Hi @Alexandre Krammel, thanks for the feedback! I agree, a "Resolved" or "Mitigated" status for risks makes a lot of sense. The good news is that we already have an open ticket for adding this to risks. I can't give you an eta just yet but it's on our radar and the team is looking into it.
-
Hi @Marc-André Lanciault We don't have an API available yet but we want to support it in the future. In the meantime when you create a new Epic you can also create and sync an Atlas Project right from the Epic screen. In the right-side menu you should see a "Status updates" section. Expand it and click on "Create Atlas…
-
Hi @Marc-André Lanciault This one is on us, I can totally see how the message can be confusing. It should've come up when you added a Jira link to the "Where is work tracked?" section. If you hover over the link you'll see the pencil button appear. Click on it to sync your Atlas project with the Jira Epic. You can learn…
-
Hi @Kelly Arrey Adding to @Aaron Morris's answer 1. We also display a date for projects with an `At risk` (yellow) status. And as Aaron mentioned, we don't show it for Pending, Paused, or Completed. 2. It's worth noting that as part of our belief in healthy communication, any projects that's in progress (green, yellow,…
-
Hi Komal, welcome to the Atlas community! Any chance the update you're seeing looks like this? If so that's part of the project empty state. There used to be disclaimers saying this isn't real content but due to a bug the message is hidden at the moment. The team is aware but I'll ping them to check how we're tracking on…
-
Hi there, welcome to the community! Just a heads up, this specific section of the community is dedicated to questions about Atlas. It's a new Atlassian product that's helping teams communicate about their work and goals. You can learn more about it here https://www.atlassian.com/software/atlas If you're looking to get your…
-
Hi Nehal, we don't have a bulk linking capability in Atlas. What size are the issues you're trying to link? Are they smaller, task-sized issues or Epic-sized?
-
Hi @Maximiliano Suarez , Nir from Atlas here 👋 We only support sorting by the "last updated" date today, not filtering unfortunately. Can you tell me more about why you're looking to filter by the update date? I saw your example but I'm curious about the use case behind it.
-
Hi @Alexandre Krammel, is the person already a follower of that project? I reproduce this behaviour that way. We should look into removing existing followers from the list, making a note of that.
