@Margaret Boisvert In order to activate the Company Hub feature, you need to be a Confluence Premium Product Admin. You can find the feature in your Confluence top navigation bar.

Quick update on some of the questions above. Access Billing would only apply to Guests with managed accounts (i.e. accounts claimed under an organization's verified domains).
