How would I know who is Confluence Admin in your organization, The person from your organization who is responsible for this application should have access. May be your IT team.

You are just a Space Admin and Group is a global and you need Confluence Admin Access.

@Gina You need to reach out to your Confluence Admin ask them to add you in the Administrator group.
