Hi! Is there a way to have access to records of some Atlassian Team events? I attended a few, but not all?
-
The overviews given in a relatively short post help a lot, thanks!

Hi! I've long been following the Trello channel on Atlassian community as I'm part of a team developing a power-up for Trello. Now I'm looking to gain insights into developing enterprise solutions as part of our annual plans. Happy to be in this group and looking forward to learning and sharing! Cigdem

Hello @Jorge Welch Have you tried the Hipporello Service Desk power-up? Hipporello creates Trello cards for every received email. You can define an email-to-board address, and then forward your emails to the email address created by Hipporello to push every email message into a Trello card. This way you'll have cards for…

I agree that this might cause confusion and loss in productivity. However, I also know it happens at some point, especially in startups, where it's not easy to decide directions easily. I'd say in that case, it is useful to set a tone and make it clear that at some point the team needs to increase its ambiguity intolerance…

This looks like a really valid concern @Svenja Lorenzen and sounds familiar to many, I guess. I always feel it boils down to making expectations clear to each other. When even this is impossible to do, then I'd say this is a sign of a not-so-well functioning work culture.

I'd definitely suggest having a way of sharing expectations and wishes instead of you trying to figure out what'd be best. That's easier to manage especially before the team evolves into a bigger one. Good luck!

What an engaging and exciting way of talking about the topic :) Thanks! @Daniel Eads

Hi @Gordon Smart You can do this easily with the Hipporello Service Desk. 1. You define email-to-board address(es) so that you start receiving emails directly to your Trello board. 2. You can respond to emailing contacts from within the respective Trello card. 3. You can also add an attachment while replying to the email.…

Hello @Anthony Stinson Have you tried the Hipporello Service Desk Power-up? It's a Trello-native service desk and allows you to complete the steps on your workflow without leaving your Trello board. * You design forms and publish them on the Hipporello portal or on your website. They get filled and a card is created for…

Hi @Kalie Hans You can try the Hipporello Service Desk for this. With Hipporello, you can design forms to your needs with its intuitive form builder. Next, you can either publish forms on your Hipporello portal or embed them on a website. Every form submission appears as a card -ticket- on your Trello board for your team…

This looks like what our team needs for sure. We never worked on an agreement together. We kind of have 'not written' set of rules and we seem to agree on the basics, but it always adds value to the team when we work on such matters collaboratively. Will let you know how it goes once we try it!
-
Honestly, we never used that so I can't comment on the benefits. We always have insightful discussions, but might take a bit longer than expected naturally. DACI does seem to have the potential to bring structure to discussions held in an effort to make group decisions.

We do have the daily Stand-ups and make sure to keep everyone in the loop about where we're heading as a whole and individually. We have it with 15 people remotely and takes around 30 minutes max. We spot the issues, the bottlenecks, and the support needed. Right after the stand-up, we focus on the bottlenecks in smaller…

Hello Denise! You can add the Hipporello Power-up to your Trello board and define email-to-board address(es) to receive emails straight to your Trello board. The Hipporello Service Desk also allows you to communicate with the emailing customers from inside the Trello card, which means you don't need to hop between email…

Hi! You can definitely do it using the Hipporello Service Desk power-up. It creates one or more generic email-to-board addresses that your team can use. You can also forward any emails coming to your support@ domains to your Trello board as cards with Hipporello. Hope you find it useful!

Hi! I've been doing the same, but I don't think it automatically makes me a member on the card. I might be missing something there. But about creating a more generic email address, you can definitely use the Hipporello power-up. With Hipporello you can create one or more generic email-to-board addresses and forward your…
