That's exactly what I'm asking in fact. I have no idea whom I can contact.

Hi again @Dave Mathijs, it seems the article has been moved to Apps and Integrations. And I have the same questions about the process. The Trello > Articles section has examples where marketplace partners give links to their products. Whom can I talk to about this? Frustrating.
-
Yes, it's back now. The link exactly said, the article was not available a few hours ago. That's why I started this question. Thank you Dave. Good to know that posts aren't deleted without notice.
-
Where can I send the article links I took as an example? Shall I post them here right away so I can get a clear answer because this has been happening multiple times and it's frustrating to see rules valid for some only.
-
Thanks for the answer @Dave Mathijs, I don't have a link because it's removed :) I did mention our app in the article, just like others, which are not removed. That's exactly why I need an answer.
-
Hi @James, Can you tell us what makes you look for an alternative? Or what it is that you're trying to achieve and can't do on Trello? I'm sure you'll get better answers then.
-
Well, after reading this comment, I need to think twice before I brag about my sense of humor :)

Hi again Meghana, Sorry I have missed this question. The Approvals Power-Up by Hipporello allows you to manage approvals on your Trello board. The power-up also provides you with a web portal, which you can use if you want a person who's not on your board (like a client, a non-Trello manager, a consultant, etc) to review…

My kids are LEGO fans and I have enough of it at home, but this is something I want to try in a professional environment, I never got to try it.
-
Just saw where I can find it!
-
Will there a be a recording shared? I have missed that, but sounds pretty interesting :)

Great article @Walter Buggenhout, I love the way you link it to work places as well. "As a manager, it’s crucial to show interest in the human being that each of your team member is." Definitely a must, not so common though. But one thing I know is that we need to grow as human beings as we grow professionally. The ability…

Sometimes focusing on being very positive may make others close themselves to interactions if they're not feeling the same way (this is how I feel most of the time). I'd say being positive in a time is not about laughter and this and that, but the ability to listen, being really open to hearing anything and giving this…

I's nice to know it's worth the effort. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hello, is number 4 offered to 'new' members only? it's pretty interesting.

Hi @RWILL007, Welcome to the community. I don't think you need a consultant for this, you need Hipporello's Service Desk Power-Up for Trello. It has everything you need about receiving requests/tickets from customers through forms and emails, follow-up communication with customers from inside Trello cards, a client portal…
-
Hi @Pete, Are you using Trello's email-to-board feature? Or are you trying to do this with a power-up?
-
Hi, @Markku Miettunen, great tip for me, as I've been meaning to visit that and keep forgetting. I'll try and visit the Finnish Aviation Museum some time in May. I've been visiting the Lasten Kaupunki recently, not as cool after many times with kids :)
-
And I'm sure the keynote was fabulous!

I don't have photos of myself (I wasn't there :) ), but our CEO kept us updated with cool photos and insights!

Hello @Hannah Linder, I'd need more information on what you mean by "managing internal communication channels". Do you need integrations of your communication channels into your Trello board? Or do you want to be able to create a new communication flow for a specific process within your team?

Hi @thais Jimenes, That's doable with the Trello Card Sharing Power-Up by Hipporello. You can share a card with certain emails on a web portal. Only the people with those emails can view the shared card by signing up to the portal. And they can make comments and ask questions with the Trello board members. There will be a…

You must be talking about the default message most Power-Ups display during installation, saying that it will access all boards. As far as I know, this is a standard message, and is displayed due to some technical reasons at the background by Trello. It does not necessarily mean that specific Power-Up is accessing all of…

Hi @[deleted], It's not possible to assign non-user email account to be administrator of Trello boards. Trello administrator (of many boards) is a role that can be assigned to someone added to the Trello workspace. The answer would change if the question was something around letting a non-Trello user, say, review/approve…

Hello @[deleted], What kind of workflow are you trying to manage? The more details you give, the better answers you get here. We have a multiple power-ups for Trello that allow you to manage the following workflows and processes on Trello: - hiring - client communication - approvals - knowledge base - employee training…

Hello @Maiara Viscondi, You can solve your problem with Hipporello's Service Desk Power-Up easily. It's designed for anyone with clients on Trello. This is how it works: - A client reaches out to you through email or forms that create a Trello card. - Or if you want to start an interaction, fill out a form that creates a…
-
Hi @Jammie Wilkies, there's no section to enter the email address of a person on my cards. Can you send a screenshot to show what you mean?
-
Hi, I don't know about jotform on Trello, but we have a Trello-native form solution. The forms create cards upon submission with all the details of the response. And the web portal where your forms are listed is a branded one (see below). As a plus, you can send emails to clients that fill out forms right from the created…

Hi @Kevin Thueson, Hipporello has a robust email-to-Trello solution that allows you to make some detailed configurations easily. Each email creates a unique Trello card and you can reply to the sender from inside the same card. The power-up works in mobile website. You can try it for free and then even stay on the free…
