I love the topic @Kristján Geir Mathiesen ! In my first trip abroad, I had a physical map of Barcelona and was feeling pretty lucky to have found it :) whereas now, no need to say that we rely on our phones and GPS in cars. A huge difference in how we prep for travels.

Hello @Eman Assem, We do have the Service Desk Power-Up, a powerful tool for Trello form templates, form automations and more. Form responses create Trello cards automatically in its most basic version. Give it a try and feel free to chat with us or book a free demo for any questions.

Hi @Karolina McIlroy, Cigdem from Hipporello here. I think you can add each client to a board and set the board's privacy to "Private", meaning only people added to the board can access, or join the board or create cards. A member of one board will not be able to view or join other boards unless they are added as members.…
-
Hello @Owner You can use the Trello Card Share Power-Up to share a card with a member without adding him as a board member and sharing your whole board. This allows you to keep your board confidential and share only as much as you want with others. Give it a try and let me know if you have any questions,

Hi @Craig Johnson, Welcome to the community. Although not a direct answer to your question, I recommend you also have a look at Hipporello's Service Desk for Trello-native forms, form communication and automations.

Hi @William Hofer, Have you tried the Dashcards Power-Up by Trello? Dashcards allows you to track any set of tasks across all the boards where you work. You can filter and group cards based on label, assignee, list, etc. And the number of cards matched is shown on a Dashcard on your board. Dashcards update automatically as…

Hi again Susan, I really appreciate your response and would be very interested to know what was missing for you or what you need to achieve. That would give me a lot of insights. Best,

Hello @Gayle Nicole, Cigdem from Hipporello here. I strongly suggest you have a look at the Trello Card Share Power-Up, which allows you to share some cards with the people you want, without them being board members. This helps you have cards that are shared with certain people only, and keep some cards on the board to…

Hello @Brandon Linn and @Susan Waldrip I know it's not what you're exactly asking, but I've got a suggestion that might hit closer to home for your needs. We've developed a fully-functional Service Desk Power-Up that's tailor-made for Trello. It includes a user portal, an easy form builder, pre-made templates, some pretty…

Hello @Odd Bjørnar Linløkken, Welcome to the community! I understand that you get requests from clients and use Trello to organize and respond to these requests. You can use Hipporello's Service Desk Power-Up that allows you to collect client requests through forms published on an integrated user portal. Each form fill…

This feedback has been given hundreds of times actually- maybe more, but the reason why they don't take this request on the roadmap is that they position Trello as a collaborative platform to share work (or other content) not to hide it from members. This has been the explanation made now and before. So I suggest you have…

Hi @Cindy Stella, Welcome to the community! Cigdem from Hipporello here. We have Trello Power-Ups with integrated web portals for those who do not want to open up their Trello board to everyone or like in your case, for those who do not want members to see/view each other's cards or profile info. Hi @Rob Smorenburg, About your question: Here's what I got from an Atlassian support article on Trello billing. When is a member billable? There are two ways someone can be billable in a paid workspace: * They are a Workspace member - either a normal member or a Workspace admin * They are a multi-board guest in the…
-
Hello @Rob Smorenburg, billing is per workspace not per account, so if you're, for example, a member of two Premium Trello Workspaces, then you're a billable user in both. I hope this helps.

Hi @Gregory Beylerian and welcome to the community! As @milynnus already mentioned, there's no just one right answer. One of our Trello Power-Ups, the Service Desk Power-Up is pretty popular among marketing/creative teams with many clients. The power-up gives you a branded client portal with forms and each form fill…
-
Hello @MailCampaigns Marketing, Cigdem from Hipporello here. Trello doesn't have a native feature that allows you to do that. But we have built the Card Share Power-Up for that purpose: to allow users to share only one or a few cards with external guests, without needing to add them to their Trello board. Give it a try and…
-
Hi @Jenifer San Jose, Cigdem from Hipporello here. One of our Power-Ups is the Card Share Power-Up that allows you to share certain cards with certain people on a web portal. It's not exactly what you've asked in your question, but I believe is a good workaround. You can share 10 cards with a person and he can view details…
-
Hi @Dayana Carla de Macedo , have you seen our Card Sharing Power-up? It allows you to share some cards with some email addresses on a web portal, without adding people to your Trello board. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions. https://www.hipporello.com/trello-power-ups/trello-card-share

Hi again @Tim Gaedicke, You're right, there's a missing point if you're using custom fields. Custom fields will be added to shareable fields very soon (in 1-2 weeks max). I suggest you give it another try then. Best, Cigdem
-
Hello @Tim Gaedicke, Welcome to the community! Cigdem from Hipporello here. We have the Trello Card Share Power-Up that allows you to share one or a selection of cards with non-Trello users. The people you share cards with can view the shared cards on a web portal. The idea is to be able to share some cards, without adding…

Hello @Minh Pham, Cigdem from Hipporello here. Our Card Share Power-Up allows you to share certain cards with some people (board member or not) on a web portal. Hi @Sabbir Al Fahad, Cigdem from Hipporello here. I don't remember reading anywhere that this feature will be added or is on the roadmap, so not sure there's an update. But our Card Share Power-Up allows you to share certain cards with some people (board member or not) on a web portal. So basically you publish some cards…
