Hello @Keren Katzav, Welcome to the community. Hipporello Service Desk has an advanced email-to-board feature, but I'd like to understand what you're trying to achieve with this. Can you provide more detail about your goal?

Hello @CovetPetrichor, Hipporello has multiple Trello power-ups for different purposes. We have built all our Trello power-ups using our nocode power-up builder. Our power-up builder allows you to add features to your Trello board, customize your cardback to your needs, get a web portal integrated with Trello, or define…

Hi @Tim Kershaw, Hipporello Apps Power-up allows you to design your cardback the way you want with a custom builder (forms, pages, conversation and more). I can walk you through the steps to achieve what you want with forms, but I need to know what your end goal is. Can you give some more detail?

Hello @Daniel Paulino, Trello is either all or none when it comes to collaboration on a board. Whoever you add to one board sees everything there. Hipporello Apps builds Trello power-ups for specific business needs and in each you get to choose who sees what on your board and on the web portal. One of the Power-ups that…

Hello @Yaeli, To restore a Trello list that was archived, go to the board where you had the list and click the three dots “...” on the top right hand side of the board to open the menu. Next, click “More” and go to “Archived Items”. Finally, click “Switch to lists” and you will see all the lists that you've archived on…

Hello @Анна, Welcome to the community! Upgrading to Standard or Premium plans happens per workspace, nor per individual account. So if you get a Premium workspace, everybody added to that workspace will be billable (with some exceptions like single board guests). You can have a premium workspace and then be added to a free…

Hello @afrah_s_alhajj, Welcome to the community! When you install Hipporello Service Desk, you get form templates on a web portal that you can brand. You can get started easily simply by editing one of the forms. (see example below). - Once you share the link with your employees -or whoever you want-, you'll receive all…

Hi @eva.sebok, Just as Brittany has written, one solution is to keep these people in different workspaces. Another solution would be to use Hipporello's Applicant Tracking System Power-up. As the name suggests, it's a hiring tool with access rights for different user groups. (What applicants, Trello admins or members see…

Here's the post I've mentioned: "There is a limit of 15,000 checklists per board." https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/My-client-has-a-button-that-adds-a-checklist-to-a-card-Suddenly/qaq-p/2013825
-
Hi @Rohan Agarwal As I remember from a previous post, there is a limit to the number of checklists on a board. You might have hit the limit there.
-
Hello @Sylvia J, In addition to the solutions above, I can suggest Hipporello Service Desk. It streamlines form and email communication in Trello. You can define email-to-board address(es) and forward emails to your Trello board, choosing which list you want the emails to create cards. Each incoming email creates a Trello…

Hello @Amy Baker, Hipporello Service Desk will do the job for you. It streamlines form and email communication in Trello. You can define email-to-board address(es) and forward emails to your Trello board. Each incoming email creates a Trello card, and you can reply to the email right from inside that card. You can make…

Hello @Jeremy Ferendinos, You can try Hipporello Service Desk, which streamlines form and email communication in Trello. You can define email-to-board address(es) and forward emails to your Trello board. Each incoming email creates a Trello card, and you can reply to the email right from inside that card. Give it a try and…

Hello @Kevin Descheemaeker, Cigdem from Hipporello here. Our CEO offered a solution here, but I can see that his answer has been removed (wondering why @admins? because the answer was a direct solution to the problem and isn't this community all about?) We've built many web apps as Trello Power-ups with group-based access…

Hello, What is your user type on the board? Are you a board admin, normal member or observer?
-
Hi @akshay bansile Welcome to the community! Butler is now set on your Trello board as Automations. So you don’t need to add it as a power-up separately.
-
Hello @T , As far as I know there is no way to shift a workspace member to being a guest. You can first remove the member from the workspace and then add them as a guest to one of your boards. You can add guests to more than one board as well. Note, however, that multiple-board guests are billed at the same rate as…
-
Hello @I12snip3_ Are you trying to achieve this on one Trello board only? Or do you need a generic feature across all your boards?
-
Hello @Jayne Greybar, I took this from the article below: "If you currently have the Custom Fields Power-Up enabled on an existing free board, you can continue to use the feature on that board. However, any newly created boards within a free Workspace will not have the Custom Fields Power-Up available, and will require an…

Hello @Jan Agha Stanikzai, Hipporello has recently released a power-up that solves this problem: Hipporello Apps. One of the apps is the Trello Card Sharing app, which allows you to select the cards or even parts of cards you want to grant limited access to and publish them on a ready-to-go branded web portal page. You can…
-
Hello @Olivier Gravier, I agree that your suggestions are much needed. You can do this easily with Hipporello Service Desk. It turns your Trello board into a shared inbox. This is how it works: 1. You define email-to-board address(es) -one for a board- so that you start receiving emails directly in your Trello board as…

Hello @Anna Williamson, My labels design has also changed as of today and I did't make any changes myself. So I thought this was an overall improvement. Interesting that the design is different for some other people. - And the change took effect after I logged out and logged back in, just as in your case.
-
Hi @Tom Rubino, Rewind Backups will be a solution for the future, but for your current problem, afaik there is no way you can retrieve a deleted card. Only archived cards can be restored.
-
Another point: Do you have any defined automations?
-
Hi @Kersti Pärnpuu and welcome to the communtiy! Did this happen once or repeatedly? Is it possible for you to share a screenshot or a short video?
-
Here's the article about removing a member from a workspace. I hope it helps :) https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/removing-people-from-a-workspace/
-
Hello @K P, Welcome to the community! As far as I know, you can retrieve a checklist only if you've archived it. I don't think there's a way to restore deleted ones.
-
Hello @charline taziaux, Removing a member from a board does not lead to the loss of the input created by that member. Comments or the items they've checked in a checklist will remain. But they will no longer be members of any cards. See the article below for more detail:…

Hello @임동규 You can restore archived cards only, not deleted cards unfortunately. The backup power-up below may protect you against such losses in the future: https://trello.com/power-ups/5f68db5b510db84238769710/backups-for-trello
