Hi @gab. In this case your count would be ~4k. On the Assets landing page you will see your total count displayed (screenshot attached) as well as a link to a more detailed usage dashboard.

Hi @Fabrizio Galletti _Euris_ Tooling to support migration from DC is seperate to this however I can tell this is something our teams are working on along with Backup and Restore, Cloud to Cloud migration, and copying data to Sandbox sites. Stay tuned for announcements regarding those. Hi @Mat Cantarella As part of this…
-
Hi @Tim Eddelbüttel Absolutely, good suggestion! We have this page for existing limits but we'll update this with "upcoming limits" to make this clearer.
-
Hi @Eglė Kaziulionytė. You are correct that this would require a change in the AQL and I understand that it could be disruptive. Do you foresee this happening regularly?
-
Thanks @Rick WestbrockAnd whats the rationale for splitting the Site and Location info object types up?
-
Hi @Rick Westbrock A question for you if don't mind elaborating? In the case of your location object, would there be a record of a vendor doing work at a location in the form of a linked Jira issue that could be searched on? I'm just trying to understand your workflow. Feel free to reach out to me at jking@atlassian.com or…
-
Thanks for your understanding @Rick Westbrock. Another workaround for the changes to TextArea could be linking to a Confluence page (via a URL attribute type) so you can use the search capability in Confluence. Whether this helps or not will obviously be heavily dependent on your use case. Would you be willing to share a…

Hi @Luca Rauscher Have you considered scheduling an automation rule to run periodically to update the price? You could also trigger the rule when an object is updated (you said you want to do it based on the value in another attribute?). Just as an FYI in future we plan to offer an automation trigger based on particular…
-
Hi @Masayuki Abe. The work we are doing will resolve JSDCLOUD-12246. It's not a small job so its going to take a little while but its happening. Stay tuned!
-
Hey @hvgab Assuming you have structured your object types like so: * Object type: System* Attribute * Name: Team * Type: Object * Type value: Team * Object type: Team * Attribute* Name: Project * Type: Project You can configure your Asset custom field with the following AQL Filter scope objectType = System AND Team.Project…

Hi folks. The update mentioned above is now released! You will find your search selections for a schema saved even when navigating away or refreshing your browser. These will persist until you clear your browsers cache.
-
@Ivan Ivanchenko thanks. We'll be shipping an update in the short term to ensure previously selected options are retained.
-
Hi @ivan Just to make sure I understand the problem. You are finding when you navigate away from the page and then return again, your previously selected attributes are not retained?
-
Hi @Daniel Carnovale As an example, if the attribute on your object was called "Owner" you could do this search with the AQL "Owner" = "Daniel Carnovale-Evans" This would work if your attribute type was a simple Text field or a Jira user field.
-
@Kevin Thibeault sorry I should have mentioned. You now this insert a table of Assets into a confluence page populated via an AQL query. This might be a workaround?
-
Hi Jeffrey, The reason we have made this change is to accomodate the deprecation of the anyAttribute function in AQL (see the deprecation notice here). The old version of the search feature relied on this hence us needing to re-work the feature to remove that dependency. I understand the "match any attribute" toggle was…

Hi all. Just an FYI that for Assets in JSM cloud, we now have this page to make the limits clearer https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/how-much-data-can-you-store-in-assets/
-
Hello all! I wanted to let you know that we are now opening this EAP to Jira Service Management Premium customers as well. If you are a Premium customer that needs to store more than 1 million objects and did not apply in the past, please consider applying now! If you did apply in the past, no need to do so again. We will…
-
Hello all. I wanted to flag that since posting this announcement we have encountered the need to expedite the retirement of anyAttribute. We now intend for it to be removed a little earlier, on 31st March 2024. This will allow us to continue to bring you further performance improvements to Assets sooner. I apologise for…
-
Hi Kevin. Sorry. I don't have any news to share on this one just yet. We understand it's important though, especially from folks who may have relied on it in Assets for Server / DC who wish to migrate to cloud.
-
Hi @Richard Witherow Thanks for you interest! I'd suggest filling out our signup form and I'll reach out to you from there.
-
Hi @Fernando Eugênio da Silva Yes you will be able to add global JSM Assets objects fields into your team-managed projects! This is rolling out now in Jira Software team-managed projects and will be coming to Jira Service Management shortly. Reach out to me at jking@atlassian.com if you would be interested in joining the…
-
Hi @Rolf Kunz That's right! You can use the Insight field directly in JWM and have your users in those projects select Insight objects to connect to their issues.
-
Hi @Miguel Ángel Pérez Montero It's in the process of being rolled out. You may already have it and if not it will be out to all customers this week. Just be aware that if you have opted into the bundled release track this may take a little longer to appear on your site.
-
Happy Friday everyone! This capability will begin rolling out to all customers on the continuous release track as of today. This will happen progressively over a two week period so if you don't see it right away don't worry, its coming! If you are on the bundled release track this may take a little longer to appear on your…
-
Hi @Walter Buggenhout That's correct. At least for now data management (i.e. accessing the core Insight experience) will still require a JSM Premium license.
-
Thats correct @Dirk Ronsmans. If there are any customers out there who want to use Insight without JSM I'd love to hear from you so I can better understand your use case!
