Thank you @Mikael Sandberg for your response. I will look into updating the limit for my agent for my teams since we usually have more than 20 items to release at a time. Thank you.

Great tips - when will the next @Sherif Mansour update be published?
-
Will there be any updated post for 2026?

Are there any updated posts for 2026? Specifically about ROVO features?

For me, a real vorboði is seeing all of nature come to life with blossoms. It also includes the onslaught of Pollen. That yellow dust covers everything in it's path! Living in a southern USA state, Pollen is a huge part of spring and it definitely affects us all.

Agreed! Coaches need to provide Value in everything they do, not just ask for a status or make recommendations. Great points!

Great Post! @Kristján Geir Mathiesen As someone who has worked in IT for over 20 years, I really had a great "Ah Ha" moment as a Scrum Master when one of my former teams who fought me over transitioning to SCRUM, actually thanked me and embraced it. Now as an Agile Coach I try to help other Scrum Masters and team members…

HI JSM newbie here - looking to learn more about JSM. Thanks!

Also, we have Sharepoint setup as a one way to display when using search or ROVO in JIRA, That is an additional option. Not all Sharepoint users are also in our JIRA database and that is why we setup a search and retrieve data one way option.

Here is a video to assist you with how to pronounce JIRA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANxN98lGwYY

Also one more consideration is to check with your Admin to see if your profile is connected to OKTA if your company is using single sign on. Just wanted to cover all bases for you.

Great job with the "Get started quickly with Jira" Training. Very helpful for new JIRA users.
-
I have passed the course - very helpful. Great course for beginners to understand the basic concept of Confluence.

I think back to simple times before the internet and when most of my family was alive. (including my fur babies) yes, I am a Gen-X er and proud of it! Wishing people today could understand that the power of connection to people was founded in a look or an in person conversation not a text message or a post.

I have really enjoyed the Rovo live training with Robert Hean - he is an excellent teacher and really helped me out with some use cases for Rovo in JIRA cloud!

Thanks @Trudy P Claspill for your assistance. Sorry for my late reply - been working with the teams on releases. I noticed that when the Work Items are released they no longer display in the Done column. I have the board settings setup to show work items in the Done column for 4 weeks. I wonder if they are not showing…
-
Thanks @Trudy P Claspill these are great recommendations. Let me check these and reply back.

Thanks for your suggestion, but the stories showed up with the current board filter days ago. I checked that but thank you for the suggestion.
-
No we release Stories on different fix versions depending on the timing of the project and customer needs. This is a Kanban board so they are not all released together. Some of the work items in the Done status have been released and some have not.

Thank you @Tejasvita Madan We currently use Capacity Planning per Team via Sprint as part of Sprint planning and I appreciate the survey - I submitted responses for you. Thank you!

Why was prompting a password reset removed? Just curious
-
Is there a way that the audit log can be access by any JIRA user in a read only mode?
-
I am not sure how our Admins are viewing licensing; however, I would like to know why there are separate licenses for Plans within JIRA please?
