We previously tested TFS4Jira with Jira integration. Due to COVID impact we withdrawn purchase as it's a bit costly. While code committing or merging you have to enter Jira Story key as comment. it takes a minute or two to refresh in your Jira Story.

Use "Epic Link" field not Epic Name. For this you need to Edit any Task/Story. these will be linked to an Epic by using "Epic Link". Edit Task/Story and choose Epic Link --> enter any Epic Key or epic name

Hi @Patrick Roos , It's a global permission. Create shared objects permission I think. Which is meant for creating dashboards and filters and boards.
-
I think, Those are Plugin related right. Thanks for the inputs. I will create a "Dev Fixed Date" custom Field, and ask Developers to select the Date while moving issue to "Dev Fixed" Status. This may be helpful in identifying the date of status change.
-

In jira server version . There is a symbol in comments 🔒 to hide. I don't have idea about cloud , I'm using free version. So some features are not available for me
-
I think next gen project features are limited. Those are created for new teams who are going to use jira for their agile with a template pack, Who don't know have complete idea about customisation's. From NextGen to classic is fine. NextGen to Nextgen also fine. But NextGen to classic more difficult or may not possible

Please check watching pages, May be it causing the issue also

Hi @Danny Brothers , Try this once Type = my department and labels not in (Hold,Ongoing)

I'm going to utilize my time in learning Atlassian Jira Service Management in Both Server and Cloud.

no board filter, quick filters are second level JQL which differentiate issues from main board.
-
When you copied a board from existing. So the board filter also copied to new board. Go to New board - board settings - board filter - update this board filter as you needed , I mean which issues you would like to display.
-
Automation rule Trigger : field value changes Field name : issue type New action : Add your email id / username Subject : {{issue.key}} issue type changed Description : meaningful description Try this. And let me know if it works
