Hi @Grigori Ghazaryan Board's are nothing but a place where we viewing issues by writing own customized board JQL query. Are you asking to create team wise boards or something ? 

@username in comment is mentioning, for this only once they receive email. Watchers --> will receive all notifications when there is a change happened on Issue. We have to add watchers manually

i'm Sorry , are you exporting Data from JQL only right. What is "username" you referring. In Jira we have fields like Assignee , Reporter, Developer if any customized user picker and etc.

Hi Brad, There is gadget called filter results for dashboard. only this will enable to view results based on DATES. it's something like created by me. To achieve this , create a filter as Project = xyz and shipment date is not empty. Add this to " Filter Results" gadget.
