dev help qa with testing? dev and qa are in a team, for a single sprint goal.

We need to make the story completed in a single sprint, which is our target. You could find out the reason and solution to "qa can’t finish it in one sprint".

The total of done issues is zero from the screenshot.

How do you define the "completed" stories? I think the 2nd and 3rd issues with story points are not completed. In the active sprint, the last column should be with Done status, right? If so, only Done issues are considered as "completed".

How can I use the field "security level"? Although it has been added to the configuration scheme's and the screens it never shows up as a field that I can change. ==> Please go to one of the issues and at the top right ..., select Find field to triage the reason why that field isn't showing to you: Just have a try.

all the users in particular schedule ==> means on-call users? I think it's the default functionality to notify the on-call users defined in the schedule.

From the practice, story/tasks are expected to be completed in a single sprint. Epics are usually completed across sprints or releases. From Lean perspective, small batch of work will flow more smoothly. So we need to control or split story/task to reasonable size.
