Okay I see, Have you managed to download the app yet ?
-
Where you added to the project as a Service Desk Customer too ? If not, it explains why you don't creceive the customer notifications. II would actually be curious of how this rules acts if you're at the same time Service Desk Customer and Service Desk Team.
-
Hey @Ricardo Rodrigues , Unfortunately I'm not surprised that this doesn't work; Before sending notifications, Jira checks if the receiver have the correct permissions on the issue. In this case, a JSM customer doesn't have the permission to view the internal comment, hence I'm not surprised he/she doesn't receive it. As…

Thanks mate ! I hope you'll find an answer to your mater.

@Danish Hussain Sabunwala as I said I'm no Scriptrunner expert I can't really help you with the code unfortunately I was just proposing a work-around :/ The column 24 seems to point to the "." character, but I don't understand why either :/
-
Oh, I see why you were using Scriptrunner then. Well as far as I'm aware there is no other way to do it, maybe you can manage to display an error message using Scriptrunner ?
-
Hi @Vincent Asamoah Boateng , This is quite a wide question, First of all, to create a Confluence space I recommend you to read the following page : Create a blank space. For begginers, to create new pages, you can read the following page : create and edit pages Let me know if it helps, Guilhem
-
Hello @Danish Hussain Sabunwala , I'm no Scriptrunner expert either, but I think you can achieve what you want without using it ! You could use a simpler validator in your Jira Workflow called "Regular Expression Check". There, you simply have to select your Checkbox field, and enter the correct value the field must have…

Hello @Thomas NICOLAZIC , Did you make sure that the subscription of the JiraBoards plugin you bought is still valid ? Maybe it's not valid anymore or that your payement is late. Let me know if it helps, Guilhem
-
Hello @Cenil Roy , I think your problem comes from the Product Plan you are currently on; it says you're using the Standard plan but unfortunately Insight Discovery for Cloud is only available for the Premium version of Jira Service Management. When you have the Premium plan, it has to be downloaded from the Atlassian…

Oh I see, For this, you have to go to the search bar which is at the top of your Jira, click on it and press "Enter" to enter the Jira Search. From there, you can look for all the issues of your project and map them, even the closed issues. You can also use the bulk change operation to do this more quickly and map several…

Hi @John Price , That is a very interesting question you are asking, I'm looking forward to reading what other Admins have to say about it. I think what you've done is already great, especially the idea of giving more power to the project Admins using the automation rules. I have a few ideas but I guess you've already…

Hi @LAXMI ABHINAV REDDY ARAE , What I would recommend is to go to Project Settings > Users and roles, and then add the users you want to view and comment all the issues in the correct Project role (probably the "Service Desk Team" role). If they have a Jira Service Management / Jira Software / Jira Core licence they should…
-
Hi @Deepak , Yes I think this is the reason, You're in a Scrum project and the closed issues are not displayed in the Backlog anymore, However you can find them in the Jira search. Let me know if it helps, Guilhem
-
Hello @Deepak, If I were you I would try to create the 15 Sprints in your Production instance, then use the "Sprint" field in your Jira issues in order to be able to do the mapping, Let me know if it helps,

Great post !
-
Hey @Danielle Cantrell , You can also check this free App : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222051/status-time-free?hosting=cloud&tab=overview It's free unless you need to export data, then you will have to go to the paid version, Status Time. Hope it helps, Guilhem

Oh @G subramanyam I misunderstood your question, I actually don't know which tool Atlassian is using to make their course (and as far as I know they use several tools). You can try and contact them directly if you're looking for this information !
-
Hi @G subramanyam , you can find Atlassian course catalog here.

Hola, He usado Draw.io tambien y lo apruebo ! Pero lo usé para hacer graficos muy simples solamente. No conocía Gliffy y lo probaré :)
-
Hi @Mohan Sundar J , I'm talking about "Automation", which is included in Jira, in Jira Server you might have to download it first but it's free :)
-
Hello @Mohan Sundar J , I can think of 2 ways to trigger your automation rule : If you are in a Jira Service Desk/Management project, I would : * Create an SLA based on the creation date of your issues * Use the automation trigger "SLA Breached" * Send an e-mail through this automation rule If you are using a Jira Software…
-
Hi @Becky Ansell , Maybe this is due to the fact that you don't have the "Browse users and groups" global permission; A way to check that is to see if you can find users in a user picker field, if you don't then you find your issue, and you can change this parameter as a Jira Admin from the Global Permissions settings. Let…
-
Hello @Prabhu Prabhakar , If you can't see a status in the "Column" part of your board settings, it means that your status is not in the Workflows used in your project. However you don't have the permissions to edit the Workflow as a project admin, you should then ask a Jira Admin for help. Let me know if it helps, Guilhem
-
Perfect ! If my answer helped you don't hesitate to click on "accept answer" on your side, it helps the community and it's greatly appreciated :)
-
My bad @Robert Wen_Cprime_ my advice works for the data center and server versions only :/ Unfortunately on Cloud you only have access to CSV imports, but maybe you could work on a work around based on this, by importing the users e-mail adresses for instance ?
-
Hi @Sara Santucci , This is weird, you could check that the field is not hidden from the custom field configuration but I don't believe that all your date type fields are hidden ... Isn't it simply hidden under other fields in your issue view ?
-
Okay @Michael Presneill thanks for the screenshot ! You actually have access to Jira Service Management, which corresponds to the green icon "service" :)
-
Hi @Robert Wen_Cprime_ , I've done something similar in the past; as long as your users have an account in your Cloud site you can import them using the "User import" functionality, available from the object scheme configuration => import. Let me know if this helps, Guilhem

Hello Olivier, If you are using Jira Service Management and have less than 1000 issues from each channel, you could access this information the following way : From the advanced search, use the "request-channel-type" function and count the number of results : If you have more than 1000 results, you'll have to repeat the…
