Hello @Leo Nishanth Anthony , Unfortunately it is not possible to do this yet. It's a great feature request though. Could you please share the idea here, where we collect customer feedback? Thank You! Best, David

Hello @Alexander , You will need to add a conditional statement that uses CONCAT only when the value of your calculation is != undefined . The "h" is a text value, which is always going to be truthy. You see only the "h" because since the calculation is falsy, it is being ignored. Please let me know if this helps. Best,…

very welcome, @LaBulle22 ! Glad to hear it is working for you
-
Hello @LaBulle22 , If I understand correctly, you have added the issues you want at the lowest level of your structure's hierarchy and would now like to add the levels of the hierarchy above them. If I have this right, rather than using an Extend Generator, you can use a Group Generator. You can then choose the "issue…

Hello @Jens Walther ! Glad that you were able to find a workaround. Hopefully I can help clarify what you were seeing. After data has been loaded to a structure by a generator, it is cached. The structure then listens for events to stay up to date while also not constantly trying to reload, which would put stress on…
-
You can also use a Sort Generator for this. Currently, "Rank" is the only option that will allow you to change the order of items in the structure.

You are very welcome, @Saikat Das . Unfortunately, no ETA to share at the moment.
-
Hello @Saikat Das , At the moment, it is not possible to disable and re-enable Generators. We do have a task related to adding similar functionality though and I have added your vote. Currently the workaround is as you describe, deleting the Group Generator and re-adding it when you want to use it again. I will follow up…

Hello @Reema Smith , Welcome to the Community! By chance, are you talking about the marketplace app Structure - Flexible Jira Project Management? If you are, I believe you will need to use an Extend Generator for the link you used to connect the issues from the Kanban boards to the Epics. Hope I have it right and this…

Hello @Lena Warnken , Welcome to the Community! We have some documentation related to building Customizable Progress Bars that should help. I do want to note that these are specific to the on-prem versions of Structure (server & DC). To check which hosting type you are on, you can open any structure. If you see a button…

Hello @Jean-Vincent VALLEE , Welcome to the Community! Is the goal to have a hierarchy of Assignee > Epic > Story > Sub-Task, where all issues under the Assignee group are assigned to that user? Or is it to have Epic>Assignee>Story>Sub-Task where Story and Sub-Tasks are all assigned to the user represented by the Group? Or…

Thanks for the feedback!

Hello @Tristen John Bagain , Thank you for the additional information. The reason the formula from the screenshot is showing an error is because the value needs to be separated from the conditional statement by a colon. It would look like this: IF type = "Story" AND progress > 90: storypoints What will happen is progress…
-
Hello @Sam , The screenshot from that document is misleading and I will request an update. Generators do get placed in the in a particular order and it is only possible to re-arrange generators of a similar type. To determine which gets run first. That being said, Generators of a different type always follow the same order…
-
Hello @Tristen John Bagain , The reason the formula is not working as expected is because it is not currently possible to reference another formula column (such as Progress) in a formula. That being said, it may be possible to approach the formula you are attempting to create in another way. How is your Progress by % set…
-
Hello @Benjamin Wohnhas , You should be able to accomplish this with the FILTER function. Like so: issuelinks.FILTER( $.type = "SOLUTION TO PORTFOLIO LINK" ).source.key This will reduce the Array of Linked Issues to only the one you have defined and return the source's issue key. Additional detail surrounding Item Property…

Hi @Diana Gorv , You are very welcome. It does require and API, which explains the error received. Best, David
-
Hello @Diana Gorv , For updating your Structure Generators, you could use a script like this: import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor;import org.apache.log4j.Loggerimport org.apache.log4j.Leveldef log = Logger.getLogger('script.internal')log.setLevel(Level.DEBUG)def plugin =…

Hello @Gilad Shtern , For updating the run as users for your Structure Generators, you can use the script found here. Hope it helps! Best, David

Hello @Timothy Boone , What does "Child Epic Job Sizes" represent? The count of Stories in each Epic? It may be best to reach out to our Support team directly via email support@almworks.com or customer portal support.almworks.com. Best Regards, David

Hello @Jayadev , No apology necessary! It looks like there are multiple boards with the same Fix Version names. When this happens, even thought the Versions share the name, they are still considered separate, which is why we see the behavior when grouping. To work around this, we can convert the Fix Version to Text: TEXT(…
-
Hello @Gonchik Tsymzhitov , One way you may attempt to create your structure based on this hierarchy would be to Insert issuetype = "story". Then Group by Epic, and Finally Extend to the issues under your Stories (Tasks in your case) by whatever issuelinktype you are using. You will want to be sure to use the Extend Levels…
-
Hello @Jayadev , You will want to Group by Attribute and use the formula below. fixversions.FILTER(LEFT($.name,4)="Live") What it does is takes the array of Fix Versions and FILTERs out any that do not contain "Live" as the first four characters. Please let me know if this helps. Best, David

vote added! :)

Hello @Yaniv L , Formula columns are saved to the view. You can share the view with other users, who can then apply it to their structure, or even make it the default for a structure. We are also working on functionality that will allow you to save formulas to be reused in other views. If this is more what you had in mind,…

Hello @Els Vercauteren , The formatting for timespent is going to use the Jira Formatting, which is why you see it as (2w 3d 4h). Please try CALENDAR_HOURS(timespent) as your formula and let me know if it helps! Best, David
-
Hello @Yaniv L , This formula should work for you: VALUES#children{key} It will create an array of the keys from the issues directly below it in hierarchy. Set the option from "General" to "Wiki Markup" and it will be a link to the issue, or leave as "General" to display text. You can also modify the formula with IF…

Hello @Fredson N_ . It is not available in a Formula as a variable at the moment. Please feel free to submit your idea here and tell us about the use case! We appreciate your feedback!!

Hello @Sam , If I understand correctly, you have an issueLinkType "resolve-by" and you would like to use a Quick Filter that returns only issues that do not have this issueLinkType. This should be possible, but due to some behavior related to issueLinkType and != or NOT IN operators, we need to first create a filter. Your…

Hello @Balázs Ujváry , Welcome to the Community! For me, the formula works. However, I would suggest adjusting it to only filter the history once. Like this: with _changes_ = history.changes .FILTER( $.field = "description" ).last().changeGroup.time: IF _changes_ > MAKE_DATE(2022,09,13) AND _changes_ <…
