Hi @Murali Ramdas In case you consider using add-ons, I'd like to recommend Planyway on behalf of the Planyway team. You can visualize epics on the timeline there, which can be scaled to weekly, monthly, and quarterly views.

Hi @sanjay_sapra, it's Tania from the Planyway team and I believe that Panyway could be a helpful project management tool in your case, especially if you combine it with Jira's automation. Planyway is simple and user-friendly, you can visualize epics, multiple projects (portfolio), and your team's workload on one timeline.…

Hi @tom.rivolta, you can change dates by dragging and dropping issues to the calendar or timeline in Planyway, perhaps you would like to give our app a try. I'm from the Planyway team and will be happy to help if any questions.

Hi @[deleted], in case you consider any alternatives, on behalf of my team at Planyway, I'd suggest trying Planyway calendar. Planyway dates are linked to Jira's start and due dates and all events will be visualized on the calendar or timeline. Best, Tania

Hello :) You can try Planyway, it has a timer (here's the link to the help article to learn more). It's in-app and quite simple to use. I'm part of the Planyway team, but I would recommend Planyway even if I wasn't! And in case you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. P.S. We're open to any feedback (good or…

Hi Violetta, Planyway is available as an independent mobile app for iOS and Android. Trello mobile app supports a few default Power-Ups at the moment. Planyway is not a product of Trello and you can download the mobile app from the App store or Google Play Store to use in addition to the Trello mobile app.

Hi Lars! Try to clear the browser cache and then open Planyway again. Let me know if it helps.

Hello there, The icon you're referring to is the Planyway extension for Chrome, here's the link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/planyway-calendar-time-tr/kkgaechmpjgbojahkofamdjkaklgbdkc Once you add it to your Chrome browser, it'll appear on your Trello board(s) the way you show on the screenshot. And you can…

Hi Samantha, You don't need (and it wouldn't be possible) to label your boards in Trello or Planyway, you can do it in your Google calendar after you sync your board (s):

Hi Rebecca, My name's Tania, I'm a customer support manager at Planyway, and I'll be glad to explain. Trello used to have only the due date for their cards, and they've released the start date very recently. That's why Planyway and Trello cards can be linked by the due date only for now. But we'll be moving towards mapping…

Hello Samantha, My name is Tania, I'm a customer support manager at Planyway and will be happy to advise. When you sync one of your Planyway boards with your Google calendar you have the following parameters to configure: If you choose to set event color in Google Calendar by default, the calendar that will be created out…

Hello :) Kindly note that only the main cards can sync to your Google calendar. Time entries that you add to cards in the time tracking mode or check items wouldn't sync, I'm afraid. This is the functionality that we'll be upgrading a bit later this year. If you have other questions or suggestions, please feel free to…

Hi @Helena, It's Tania from Planyway team. The problem you're describing would allow me to suggest that you're using Safari browser. If so, then you'd need to uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking" in the browser Preferences to eliminate the need to log in to Planyway each time you open it: Please notice that by default…

Hello Guys, It's Tania from Planyway Team. Our apologies for all the troubles. It seems that starting from 15:30 to 23:30 UTC yesterday (August 11, 2020) there was a temporary failure connected to Trello API. Planyway couldn't load cards due to the incorrect API response. As for now, this should be fixed. Please refresh…
