Did you check in another browser and private window and also can you check if this happening for only unused screen deletion or with unused workflow, workflow, schemes, etc as well. Also try clear your browser cache, cookies and history as well if that helps.

@Mohammed Khadir In CMJ there are options to migrate the projects with issues or only configuration and if you using trial license then plugin functionality will work same like a commercial license so you should be good.
