Hi @Sampath welcome to the Atlassian community. While it is a good idea, I'm still wondering when you have Google and Microsoft Forms, why looking for Jira inbuilt? Having said, in Jira Software, their is no such option. You might have to look at this Atlassian market place plugin as an alternate.
