@Stephan Kardos great question. If a user doesn't have a Figma account they wouldn't be able to see the artboard because we are aligned with Figma's viewing permissions. In other words, if a Figma board is public, then anyone will be able to see the board within Figma or a Confluence page. Hopefully, that makes sense.

Hi @Rico Monteiro and @David Bond and everyone else! Sorry for the delay! Took a little longer to rollout than we planned. You should be seeing it by end of next week!
-
@Mikael Sandberg @RPT Admin @[deleted] Sorry about that! Wrong link. It should work now!
-
Great idea @David Willson
-
@Mikko Badua it's still rolling out to cohorts. It should reach everyone within 3 weeks time!
-
@Tina Hutchinson No worries, you can still hyperlink the traditional way. Simply highlight the text you want to link and click the "link" button at the top of the editor, next to the other controls (or Command+K).
-
Glad to hear @CGBHThis feature is only available in Confluence Cloud.
-
@David Bond good question -- it's currently rolling out so give it a few weeks and you should see it!
-
@Xavier Amador If you want to hyperlink a word or phrase (instead of Smart Link), highlight the text and click the link icon at the top and insert the link there. That should be what you're looking for!

@Steven Zachary @Ashlyn Baum @CL_Brandon @Pietro Casella @Peter Leclercq @Rodrigo Nascimento @Jimmy Rogers Are any of you still using Notion and/or Confluence? I'd be interested in learning more about your experience to help inform us how to make Confluence better! If you're willing to chat, please email me:…

@Leonardo Moraes Yes, Trello boards are pretty cool to put on a Confluence page. Here is an article outlining the functionality. Also, there is a Power- Up on Trello that you can use to make links to Confluence look better within Trello.

@Bob Sovers Any time you create a new page or work on an existing page, if you make changes but don't hit "Publish", it will be in draft mode. Just click the close button. You can go back to this draft on your home page or Recent dropdown. Confluence will not mark a page for you as a Draft. A common best practice is adding…

@David_Gaskill Great question! I think the options are endless, depending on what you're trying to accomplish, your type of work, etc. Check out Team Central, they have some helpful articles on how you can accomplish different types of projects using our tools. Hope this helps!

@Guillaume Smart Links for OneDrive is coming soon! Keep an eye out in the next few weeks for that announcement!
-
Thanks @james.mosesGreat to hear!
-
Hi @Christophe Mertz this feature is currently rolling out so you'll see it within the next few weeks :)
-
@Shanon We do a rollout process that takes a few weeks to a few months (for bigger features) to ensure nothing breaks and we resolve any feedback quickly. These should all be coming to you within a few weeks! Date estimations are listed in the article for those currently rolling out.

@Alex DiFabio The expanding page width for layouts is just a visual thing -- would you rather have long text spread further horizontally or stack on itself vertically. I'm not sure what you move by move sections up and down? The navigation got an upgrade. Here is an article with more details!
-
@Rodney Hughes We have received this suggestion and the team is evaluating. Thank you!

That's great! I'm usually a visual, tangible sticky-note person too. But I've noticed I love the ability to search, copy & paste, etc on Confluence. So we'll see if I stick with it when we're back in the office. I think our blogging culture has gotten even stronger remote for that same purpose of "just share anything".…
