If it's like the issue is not opeinng op top of you board, us the double arrow button on the issue, it should be on top right of the issue. Hi @Bünyamin Pollin When is the last time you accessed this instance and are you the Org admin (creator if the instance)? If it was a Free subscription be advised that Atlassian has a policy to deactivate and delete Free subscriptions that are left inactive. See this recently published an article on this that details the…

Hi @A_ Boehme _Communardo_ Use flatten() in you smart value. This will make the items appear as a list. Does this help you further?
-
Hi @Olivier {{ticket.title}} isn't a valid smart value on the customer notification on ticket creation You need to supply ${issue.summary}
-
Hi @arjun Do you main, based on the email address used by your account? Can you please show some more context on what you exactly mean here?
-
Hi @Taylor Douthitt @Germán Morales is right here, but the Macro you are using is not an ootb one, this comes from the App Custom Charts for Confluence. You could reach out to their support.
-
Hi @Xenia Chilkowich As it seems you are on a Standard (paid plan) you are able to create a ticket at Atlassian Support, but you need to be at least a user with Jira amdinistrator permissions.
-
HI @Andy KUO As @Trudy P Claspill mentioned we can't change this for you. You cold provide feedback to Atlassian via the "Feedback Option" under the help menu in Jira or provide feedback on the article shared on the community. Introducing-the-new-streamlined-Create-experience-in-Jira
-
Hi @Vikrant Yadav The user still needs to have access to the space (project). Rovo including Studio respect permission on the user in the Atlassian realm, so the actor of the rule needs access to where the rule is running.

Hi @Bogdan Welcome to the community. In the future, please create a new post when requesting this, as posting on resolved or historic topics is not the way to go. See this link to raise an issue in relation to an account, subscription or billing question to Atlassian
-
H @Claudio Antonacci No I have not, also I can't find any on this in the documentation. You might want to contact Xblend support (Xray) on this. https://jira.getxray.app/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
-
You mentioned you use OKTA as SSO, I want to use this for your the customer portal as well. The documentation you used is based on SCIM, but OTA might have precise requirements, this is also mentioned by a link to OKTA documentation in this process.

Hi @Alonzo Kennedy JCMA can take all Xray related data from Server to Cloud in the migration. They have a full migration path. (migration path) Be aware that Xray on cloud works different in some ways as Cloud is a complete different entity then Server or DC Make users of Xray aware that the working an look and feel can…
-
Hi @Alonzo Kennedy Welcome to the community. You don't migrate Xray to Cloud but this is relation on migrating to Jira cloud. What is your exact expecation?
-
Hi @Yuliia Koniuk Welcome to the community. I have requested support for you from Atlassian. They will reach out on this post, this can take up to 2 business days. Note: being and Org admin makes you not an auto Billing admin, this is mainly the creator of the instance, you need to be added as Billing admin. @Arkadiusz…
-
Hi @Christian Lipski You might need to look how Okta handles this, if this is Okta related. https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/apps/apps_app_integration_wizard.htm
-
Hi @Claudio Antonacci The error means that there is a summary column in your csv that has no value, where it should have one. So there is some kind of issue on your CSV. What if you create a new file and use the inforamtion?
-
Hi @Benjamin Zhou There is no search bar option for a dashboard. You would need to revert yourself to 3rd party apps from the marketplace. I don't know any app that are free that offer this functionality.
-
Hi @Sweta Shah Is the issue you want to run the automation on of the type "Deliverable", as you mention this in your rule setup as a condition?
-
Hi @Michael Henderson Please accept my answer as a solution, if my answer helped to solve or provide a workaround to your request. This will help other community member trying to solve the same or provide them with a work around P.S. If the answer is very valuable to you, please share some kudos.

Hi @Oscar Salas Cortés Some questions as SVG is supported. * Are you on Confluence Cloud or Data Center/Server? * If on DC/Server what version? * Is the version of the Gliffy app up-to-date (check with your admins if you can't check this)? * If all seems ok, reach out to Gliffy support, as they should then be able to…

Hi @Giacomo Gafforelli Welcome to the community. Can you provide more information, when and where are you getting this message?
-
Hi @Anita Bennett You could look at the option to use a Formula field. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-a-formula-field/
-
Hi @Alexandre Paiva de Lacerda Costa Welcome to the community. What is you exact question is this about an 3rd party app that is installed within your Jira instance? Is this about hits app; https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1238160/sprint-capacity-analysis , there is a documentation link available there.
-
Hi @Darren Mason Please reach out to Atlassian Support. Here on the portal we can't make changes on this level. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.
-
Hi @Sweta Shah No the rule details, what is in the section where the name of the rule is defined, there you can see the rule scope. What is the scope set too?
-
Hi @Navid Ghahremani Only for paid instances, not for Free instances. This is in the guidelines of the Free subscription.
-
HI @Claudio Antonacci Are you creating test cases and some where you directly want to import the manual steps on the created Test? If so you need to use the Xray Teat Case importer, as the Jira default importer can't work with lines that don't have a summary, as this is mandatory in the Jira CSV importer
