Hi Kirsty, If you are using the built-in Trello export feature I would use custom fields as that is otherwise you will miss data stored inside other power-ups. By using custom fields it also means your contacts data is visible to other power-ups such as Sendboard and Blue Cat Reports as well as Trello's automations.…

Is this open to Trello power-ups? We don't have the ability to collect payment via Atlassian at the moment but it would be a shame to exclude a lot of great paid power-ups just for that.
-
There is now this free power-up to get swimlanes for your boards https://trello.com/power-ups/622f0650eda2213318a6fdee/swimlanes-by-blue-cat Hope that helps, Robin

Posting an update here for anyone finding this post as things have changed a little in the last 3 years :) We have written up the most popular reporting options here https://www.bluecatreports.com/trello-reporting/ and will keep those pages up to date as new options come and old ones are improved. As mentioned previously,…

You can start a new trial if you like, also feel free to reach out to support to set up a call with me to get set up :)

Hi @Andrea Rozman We have written up all the reporting options (mostly 3rd party, but includes Trello built in options) here https://www.bluecatreports.com/trello-reporting/ Blue Cat Reports includes pretty good email reports if that is what is important to you Hope that helps, Robin

Hi @DESMARIS Manuel If you are hitting up against the limits of Trello reporting options you can always look at 3rd party reporting power-ups. We have a write up of the options here https://www.bluecatreports.com/trello-reporting/ I don't know many that offer checklist support to that degree, but you can do this in Blue…

Hi @Florian Holzmayer If you are looking just for view mode table view which refreshes reliably you could check out Blue Cat Reports (paid power-up) which can do that across any number of boards. Probably not the answer you were hoping for I appreciate but maybe a work around for now :)
-
Thanks @milynnus @Germán Rogers The way to do this in Blue Cat is with a Quick List of Checklist items https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-quick-list-of-checklist-items/ then set an email schedule for that (from the email button in top right)
-
Hi @Pierre Magnier You probably need to contact Typeform support for that. But... if you just need multiple forms going to the same board you could also check out Blue Cat Forms https://trello.com/power-ups/6139de588901011c01baf52f/forms-by-blue-cat Another reason it is better than Typeform is that Typeform does not…

We've reviewed all the main reporting options here https://www.bluecatreports.com/trello-reporting/ Easiest built in options are Dashcards and Butler email reports More complete options are reviewed here https://www.bluecatreports.com/trello-reporting/reporting-dashboards-and-charts/ Hope that helps, happy to offer more…

It sounds like you want to add the other members of your company in as users, I am not sure on the limitations on the free plan but I believe you can't limit them to view only on the free version. With the paid version you can set them as 'observers' on the board so they can't change anything on there. Depending on your…

You might want to look at reporting options https://www.bluecatreports.com/trello-reporting/reporting-dashboards-and-charts/ Or card mirroring, if you want a single Trello board with all the relevant cards mirrored to it. You could look at tools like Unito for that :)
-
Check out Blue Cat Forms https://trello.com/power-ups/6139de588901011c01baf52f/forms-by-blue-cat You can have your Trello Labels appear as a multi-select on the form for your volunteers. The cards created will have all the labels they select right on the card as you desired. We also integrate with custom fields, have…

There are a few different approaches. Depending on what you want you could take a look at our guide to all the main reporting options in Trello https://www.bluecatreports.com/trello-reporting/ For a KPI dashboard, you likely want to fleible reporting…

There are a bunch! Some built in to Trello, some require paid subscriptions, some free power-ups and some paid. Depending on what you need you can probably find something. We wrote up all the reporting options and try to keep our reviews up to date here https://www.bluecatreports.com/trello-reporting/ For performance…

If you click on your avatar in the top right and open 'profile and visibility' you can then select the settings tab below and scroll down to the 'Applications' section. You can disable Typeform there which should stop it being able to create cards in your Trello :) Hope that helps, Robin Founder: Blue Cat Forms for…
-
Hi Manel, I don't belive any of the export options let you do that unless you want to start looking at using the API directly. But since you're not a programmer that probably isn't worth it, and even if you were it would likely be cheaer to just pay for a reporting tool :) We wrote a guide to the exporting options from…

Check out Time in List which does just that :)
-
@Jaap Fresco we literally just added Drag and Drop this morning :) What do you want next ;) Robin

This article is a bit out of date now (maybe I should write an updated version for Trello? If anyone from the marketing team reads this and wants that reach out!) https://blog.trello.com/accelerate-agile-teams It might help with some ideas on how to get started :)

Hi @XdGoldenTiger This feature now does exist (if you are willing to add a free power-up to your board) https://trello.com/power-ups/622f0650eda2213318a6fdee/swimlanes-by-blue-cat Robin Founder: Blue Cat Reports for Trello and more :)

You could look at a couple of other power-ups for this - Blue Cat Reports is likely the best for the reporting aspect and can generate lists of cards over an SLA https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/cards-past-their-service-level-agreement/ as well as a Time to Complete chart which lets you see past completed cards…
-
Take a look at the Time in List Power-Up for this sort of capability on the cards https://trello.com/power-ups/5b4765f383dd7c75d8e57be4/time-in-list Or Blue Cat Reports https://trello.com/power-ups/5d9c90aa18965066fcd44730/reports-by-blue-cat has a Time to Complete chart which can show how long cards took to…

If you are trying progress maybe you want to look at some reporting options - Blue Cat Reports (general purpose reporting) https://trello.com/power-ups/5d9c90aa18965066fcd44730/reports-by-blue-cat - Corrello (Agile teams…

A little late to the party here but in case anyone else stumbles on this post and is looking to import cards into Trello, there is now a Power-Up (free) which does just that.
-
I have had good dealings with both @milynnus and @Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows I would probably start with those two :)
-
Hi @Leonardo Oliveira da Silva We would love to help you get data exported from Monday into Trello using the Blue Cat Import tool (all free :) ). It has been on my todo list to look at the data export from Monday (and other tools) to see how we can import that into Trello for people. If you add the…

Hi @Sergey Savchenko With paid Trello accounts you could maybe use automations and custom fields to kind of get this. You would create custom date fields to show when the card was moved to different lists, then use automations to fill in the dates that happened. This would be a fair amount of manual work but you get it for…
