Hi @Esther Strom , yes there is. You need to join those teams as a member and then you can delete those teams. To re-assign - those active users will need to join the teams. Hope this helps. We also have this open feature request asking for this, feel free to Vote for it and watch it for…

Hi @Davehe changes to team visibility are rolled out now, the Team filed in Jira will be rolling out later this year
-
Thank you for clarifying this @Raj Kolandasamy and @benjamin.thumas, today the teams that you create in the People menu are not accessible in issues. We are working on a way for users to be able to have the team field available in issues, read more about that…
-
Hi @Ed , thanks for letting us know. Has this issue been now resolved or are you still facing it?
-
Sure, teams are for your users to self organise around the work that they are doing. Traditional groups are only available to admins, whereas anyone can create teams at any time. Teams today can be used to @mention a group of users in our products and notify them. We also provide a team profile for users to interact and…
-
Hey @Raj Kolandasamy It sounds like you created a team in Plans/Advanced roadmaps. These teams are specific to plans - you can read more about them here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-teams-in-your-advanced-roadmaps-plan/
-
Hi @YARON LEVY thank you for trying out Teams! In our current logic one needs to have at least 2 active team members for the Team activity to work. Hope this helps.
-
Hi @__ Jimi Wikman Thank you for the cake 🎂, will share it with the team :) We are working on making teams more useful for our customers. The closest next thing coming our will be having Teams as a custom field so that you will be able to assign Teams to your issues in Jira. Read more about that here !
-
Hey @Nena Kruljac , thank you for asking. We are working on a few things right now. The timing is a bit flexible because we are releasing things gradually. Here is another Teams related feature that will be rolling out later this year:…
-
Hey @Dave Mathijs , thank you for the interest, that's exactly right and it is a problem we are looking to address. There will be a few more announcements throughout the year on consolidating teams and making them a more integrated part of your workflow.
-
Hi @Gerald Bihr , That's a great question. Yes, today all teams are open. We are currently working on expanding the flexibility of teams. Later this year we plan to add invite-only teams and more controls for team membership.
-
Hey @Fahad , Thank you for the awesome question. It is not possible today. But later this year we will add Team custom field to Jira, so you will be able to assign issues to Teams very soon.
-
Hey @Josh Barron , this change will not add any JQL functionality related to teams. On another note, we are now shipping an improvement to people directory which will allow you to see whether people are a member of a certain team which may help you do what you are trying to do but not through JQL. This change should reach…
-
Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- thank you for following up. For most people this will not change anything, mentions and comments will work as before. For a very small minority, we will need to update their team parameters to fix things.
-
Hey @Gary Ropers there is only one version of Jira cloud that is in production, you should be able to see it in Jira admin settings, given that you have admin access to your instance.
-
Hi @Kevin Gérard , Yes this feature will eventually land in Advanced issue search. When it comes to more functions for the JQL search itself, we are aware of the need there but we don't have a specific timeline of implementing those at this point.
-
Hey @Hannah Sinemus , here is a ticket you can watch and vote for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-77867
-
HI @Rathna , we do not currently have a timeline for this, please follow this tickets for updates: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-77723
-
Hi @Swathi M H (UK) , thank you for your question. Not at this time, right now it's instance wide.
-
Hi @Anthony De Moss , I am afraid we constantly battle with competing priorities that we have to sift through and pick the ones that would have the biggest impact on our customers. To be transparent, we are not looking to do any further work on the announcement banner in the near future.
-
Hi @Anthony De Moss currently that is not supported, but we will look into it going forward, thank you for the suggestion.
-
Hey @Devin Kramer , all Jira Cloud instances should have this functionality by now. If you still don't, that is unusual, can you please try raising a ticket with our support.
-
Hey @James Newland thank you for your feedback, can you please let us know what makes you feel like this is a regression? Hi @Jari Sanders , we don't have short term plans to open the banner to app developers, but we want to make this and more features more available to our app developers in the future.
-
@Amina CHAYEB , hey there. On the screenshots you are trying to disable "Boards" and you can't do that for certain project types. But you should be able to enable/disable issue navigator, the icon would look something like this.
-
@fabila please make sure you are looking in the Issues item in the side menu of your project. This issue navigator is very similar to the advanced search, so it's easy to mix up the two. We are working on this though and in the future, the features will be the same across all types of search. @Amina CHAYEB yes, it is
-
@Amina CHAYEB it sure is
-
@Wojtek Urbanski , the new JQL editor is not yet available in board settings, but we are working on getting it there and we have plans to extend it to more places in Jira.
-
Hi @Omar Rashid we do not support that functionality at this time. Thank you @Christian Voigt !
-
Hi @Pramodh M , this will only be available in Cloud I am afraid, no plans for Server. Thank you, Yerbol.
-
Hi @Andy Hockenhull and @jshippy thank you for your interest in the JQL editor. It is currently only available in the new issue navigator, which in JSM cloud is only available to guest users without a JSM license - regular users get Queues instead. Good news is it's coming to all user in JSM cloud, as the Advanced search…
