  • Hi @alexei.g You could try searching for the issues based on factors such as Issue type and any custom field. issuetype in ("Task", "Sub task") AND customfieldname = value If you Scriptrunner, you could follow below reference…
  • Hi @Aswathi D Yes, there are APIs that will support archiving & restoring an issue. Please find the reference below https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/jira-archiver Thanks, Pramodh
  • Hi @[deleted] You or a person who has the org admin rights where the domain has been verified should be able to remove the domain. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/remove-domains-and-products-from-your-organization/ Thanks, Pramodh
  • Hi @chirag jain While most of the Confluence macros are migrated to the cloud, you may need to manually fix some of them to properly render the information. The add-on macros migration compatibility may be documented in migration pathway. You can also raise a support ticket with the vendor for more info. Hope this helps…
  • @Thiago You could edit the question not exposing the details completely. Would you like to give it a try?

  • Hi @Peterzhu You can consider the below approach for importing GitHub issues to Jira https://zmcddn.github.io/how-to-migrate-github-issues-to-jira.html As of now, there is no such feature that is planned - https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?selectedProduct=jsw&search=github There are no
  • Hi @Roxanne Visscher By equipments, if you mean assets, there is a feature called Assets in Jira Service Management. You should be able to track the details in Assets https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/features/asset-and-configuration-management Thanks, Pramodh
  • Thank you @Suma Kustagi Please accept the answer if I have answered your question Thanks
  • Hi @Suma Kustagi Yes, it is manageable. You could track this via the Issue life cycle (workflow) to perform the navigation through different environments and finally to the production environment. Once you have defined the workflow, the statuses should be mapped to a Kanban board with proper columns. You could also track…
  • @david_stevens Have you tried project.name ? https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-projects/ https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-issues/#--version-- Below is the excerpt from the doc Available properties: * {{versions.name}} - Returns the name of the affects…
  • @Connie_zhang You need to reach out to your admin internally to get access to Confluence, that is the only way. Thanks, Pramodh
  • @Radha Tankala It depends on what you mean by "Open Issue" If we factor the issue by resolution You could do a JQL search as below project = project-key AND resolution = unresolved You could also search Open issues by status project = project-key AND status in ("To Do", "In Progress") Thanks, Pramodh
  • @Venkat Jira Admin It's optional, you can skip this. If you want to add this, the Bitbucket server should be reachable over the internet (Doc here - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/link-bitbucket-with-jira-776640408.html) Example: https://bitbucket.mycompany.com/plugins/servlet/create-branch/icon.png Thanks
  • @Ally Lancaster While it may have been referred to when we are viewing it in the presentation mode. We might have to go with an add-on here for a feature where it can have the next and back buttons on the page itself!
  • Yes, I agree. I believe the reference is made only for those accounts that are redundant meaning, they might have left the company or they might be duplicates. Either way, we way to take an action on those atleast!
  • You cannot delete the directory in cloud and should not be performed in server as well. These users are required on cloud Atlassian site. Now if we talk about those that are not needed, just remove those users once they users are migrated over to the Cloud and then integrate AD. This should work.
  • Hey @Ajay kumar I'm not a novice in C# but can you try out the below and see if it works See if it works for 1 *.md file and then check for how many max number of *.md files. If the above is working, you may need to perform this operation in batches. If any of the above steps are not working, specify the exact file name…
  • Hi @Sasidhar Navuluri Please find the article that describes the migration process, you could have automation written if you have a large chunk of repositories https://www.atlassian.com/git/tutorials/git-move-repository $ git clone --bare https://external-host.com/EXTUSER/REPO.git # Makes a bare clone of the external…
  • @Ed Letifov _TechTime - New Zealand_ Yes you are right, Jira will not let you delete the user if referred in components, an assignee, reporter, or a project lead. Another good option might be to just anonymize the user instead of deleting, if not possible. I was not mentioning about the whole directory
  • @IT Group If you remove/delete the users from the Jira server and then you migrate the data over to the Jira cloud, the deleted users will be shown as "Former user". You can go ahead with this if you are okay with contributions or any user that is deleted is shown as a "Former user" Instead, you could also think of just…
  • Exactly, when you link a Jira Instance between any type of other Jira Instance (cloud or on-premise), it only allows you to just link the issues between Jira Instances. Thanks
  • Hi @David Haberfield There must have been some misconfiguration in the local system. Check whether other Atlassian links are accessible (id.atlassian.com, start.atlassian.com, team.atlassian.com) Have you tried accessing Trello through mobile or other devices? Has it worked? If you login to trello.com, you should be able…
  • Hi @Christy Johnston While there is no default feature as such, you could create a number field and follow a default input in Hrs to track the effort Thanks
  • Hi @manohar chunchu Ensure you have provided the proper schema name in the connection string and also to download the driver and place it the lib directory in installation folder. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/connecting-jira-applications-to-oracle-938846856.html Thanks
  • @vs0p6k5 It's certainly an issue with the workflow. The issue should have the resolution field value set to something in order to say the issue is "resolved" else it is treated as "unresolved" You could internally work with admin to get this resolved and release the version. Thanks
  • Hi @Patrick Lee There are templates which may help https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/templates/categories/personal Thanks
  • Hi @Jitesh Halai In that case, you would need to claim both email domains as a pre-requisite and follow the below guide to make changes https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/make-changes-to-a-managed-user-account Thanks, Pramodh
  • Hi @Jitesh Halai If the emails remain the same in both the IdPs, remove the existing configuration with Google SSO and configure the one with Entra ID https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/jiramicrosoft-tutorial Thanks, Pramodh
  • Hi @VKumar2 While you can get the issues that are added newly to the Sprint in the Sprint report, the issues which are added to the Epic can be analysed in Epic report. You can also search the issues which are added to the Epic after certain date using JQL Thanks, Pramodh
