@manohar chunchu You can try installing it directly if you have an internet connection to your PC by going to "Find New Apps" and searching for Scriptrunner. For uploading the app you would need System admin rights in Jira DC. Please ensure you have System administrator rights for the same. Thanks

Hi @Русланций An add-on such as Power admin would help on finding this or a manual work on analysis and having this reported would be good

Hi @Saranya J In the backlog section, this activity is left to scrum masters or product owners and such roles to decide what activity should be picked by the development team to start working on the tasks. We call this sorting ranking in Jira, where you get a chance to reorder the issues based on the priority set by…

@Neha Thapak Any of the field might be made required in the project and for that issue type. Worth checking the configuration once and for the required fields during the issue creation. While the above might be one of the reason, I would recommend go through the entire configuration related to issue type, reporter, the…

Hi @Ketevan Sigua Welcome to the community! The board assumes if the issues are in the last column, then it is completed. Can you please check if the tasks that are assigned with the current sprint on the board are in the last column, or if not you can choose to move those issues to the next sprint. Also can you let me…

@Suzanne Veljanoski Curious to see that an expert title & all the pro skill badges are going away and also excited for what's coming! Can you please confirm if the Atlassian University courses related to these Pro Skill Badges are going to stay?

Hi @Aric Wallner Welcome to the Community! Assuming that you have to share the tickets that are approved by the manager. You could use the JQL to search the issues by checking if the value in the approver's field is not empty and the status is closed. Please find the reference here -…

Hey there, Please find the Feature Request for the same here - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-30449 Thanks, Pramodh
-
@Jennie Sparr To validate the filter, you could search the issues with the JQL you have created and see if the issues from expected projects are coming up! Considering the filter is correct, you may have to look at the Board Column ton Status mapping as well in the Board administration. Can yo check this as well?

Hi @Jennie Sparr The Board has an underlying filter and can be placed either under a company-managed project or your personal account in Jira. So you must first create a JQL filter which includes the issues that are you trying to visualize and then create a board. The filter can include any type of project you have in the…

Hi @edwin_g I assume the question is related to Bitbucket as the tag associated is bitbucket. You should have the premium plan to raise the support ticket and also it is mandatory to provide the workspace URL while raising the ticket. You should be the admin, billing-admin, or billing/technical customer or add one in the…

Hey @tackesha04 Welcome to the Community! Atlassian allows an OAuth login to its products. Navigate to https://trello.com/en/login and remember the email that you used to create the Trello account and login using the same email id. With this, you should be good to go! Thanks, Pramodh

Hi @Matt Tse Thanks for the revert! I have been following the product updates from the day it was in the alpha stage but the feedback was not prioritized, for some of us admins, it's really important that we also have the independence to configure the detections, and for that, the webhook feature really hold good! Please…
-
Hi @Matt Tse These are just UI modifications! We need more detections and webhook integration with other Atlassian products Thanks, Pramodh
