I am in, looks great so far. Will carve out some time this evening to go through it 🙂

Hi Amy, you'll need to find out where to raise the Jira ticket at your company. This is an external site open to anyone. I think you might be best off going back to the person that asked you to raise a Jira ticket. Ask them which project or portal to use and if they wouldn't mind giving you a link.

Can't wait for this!

This looks great 👍 can't wait to have a go

Congratulations! Having gone through ISO audits myself I can relate to him much work would have been involved @Kaito Lee well done to you and the team.

Hi @Jason Li Ting Chung @https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222230/azure-active-directory?hosting=cloud&tab=overvie You might need Atlassian Access to do this though, there's additional cost involved I'm afraid, not too bad though. Hope this helps

Snow days! Growing up in the UK we didn't always get snow but that feeling of finding you can stay at home and play in the snow was better than Christmas. We used to listen to local radio, desperately hoping our school would get called out!

London ACE November 2022!
-
Welcome to the community @stoutsharon3 - you're in the right place if you want to learn more about the Atlassian eco-system. If you're in London tomorrow you could always come along to our in-person event https://ace.atlassian.com/e/mccts3/

one of these bad boys! Renault Mégane, they don't make them like this anymore...
-
Thanks Diogo, We were conscious it would be hard for lots of people to travel that day. Luckily the strikes were called off but we're going to stick with the 15th of November now.
-
Hi everyone - we've made the decision to change the date of this event. Unfortunately train and tube strikes in London were going to make it very difficult for people to get to and from the event and as a result we will now be having the event on TUESDAY 15th NOVEMBER. Apologies for the inconvenience, I really hope this…
-
That would be great @Laura Holton _ACE Manchester_ - I'll be in touch
-
Love it, great round up @Jimmy Seddon
-
I'm very excited - it's been a while since London had an Atlassian event. Can't wait to see what's new in the world of JSM
-
No problem @Marta Dawes - glad you got it sorted. I know how frustrating it can be trying to find something like that.
-
Nice! Thanks
-
Hi @Marta Dawes Have you tried checking legacy automation as well? Code Barrel automation only got added into Jira Cloud around 2020 I believe. If it's just affecting one project then maybe there's a post function on the workflow adding the comment - you could try there. It would be on the transition, so the arrow going…

Oh man, the smell of a good old newsagents. Full of newspapers and magazines and sweets. And pick and mix from Woolworths! Takes me back. I used to get a massive bag and pray it didn't way a kg so I'd have to put some back. Pretty much always had to put some back
-
Hi @Lourdes Daoa *Edit - sorry, they actually reversed the decision! I can't believe I missed that. Great news though* Unfortunately Atlassian shared some very sad news regarding the future of Jira Cloud for sheets. It's going to be deprecated very soon. Just wanted to let you know before you spend too much time with it.…
-
Fantastic, glad you have resolved your issue. I haven't used legacy automation for a while! Good spot for checking there too.
-
Hi @Support Au_ Syd I agree with @Rilwan Ahmed , it sounds like there might be an automation rule set up with a trigger set to send those emails when an issue priority is changed. If you have a look through those rules you should be able to find it and change the users the message is sent to.
-
@Pero Medic That sounds unfair to me if you're score was 63.7 and the pass mark is 64 that's a pass in my opinion. It's always worth asking - Atlassian are fair and transparent and it might take some time but they'll correct a mistake if one has been made or clarify it for you if not.

love it, one of the worlds greatest teachers
