Hi @Ivan Lima , thanks for such lovely feedback! 🙏 We're glad that you enjoy Monday coffee with Jexo and find it useful. There is so much happening on all Atlassian channels throughout the week. We're trying our best to bring all-important news together to save you some time 🙌

Hi @rachel.ralph , I just wanted to let you know that you can delete metrics values in Foxly in a more user-friendly way now. When you simply click on the metric in the table there is an "x" button that allows you to remove the metric value.
-
Hi @Nelson DeMoraesgreat question! You can switch on custom fields for your metrics and then add them to your create modal. The only downside is that there isn't a dropdown available in these custom fields yet so you would need to type in the metric values. You can read more about custom fields here: https://wiki.jexo.io/…

Awesome! 😎 I'll attend Timezone 2 call..

This looks amazing! 🤩 Is there any chance this new JQL search can be used by your Atlassian marketplace partner apps as well? Maybe as an Atlaskint component or npm module? 🙏 Thank you!

The medals are soooooo coooool! 😱🤩

Hi @Prashant Sangappa Shivashimpi Thank you, I'm happy you enjoy the format. We do this round-up every week, I hope to see you next time too 🙌 Have a great day! Nikki

@Noushin Consulting Ltd I love London! Just a few steps away in Brighton it's 16°C. It's always colder by the seaside 🥶
-
Awesome @Mark Z , thank you! 🙌

Summer is here! ( If I can call this 17°C in UK summer 🙈 😅) 👇How I wish summer to be 👇How it actually feels

Hi @Mark Z 👋 , thank you for bringing the Original estimate to team-managed projects, it's really useful. I was just trying it out and found out that I can have both, Story points estimation and Time estimation (together with the original estimate field) in my issues when I do the switch. The selection in Settings only…

@vikram @Marcio Moraes Teixeira , thank you both! 🙌

@Laura Holton _ACE Manchester_ , I tried now and it works just fine! Must have been just some glitch then...thank you so much :)
-
Hi @Laura Holton _ACE Manchester_ thank you for sharing this with us. I just wanted to ask if the link for the event is correct as it doesn't. seem to work for me. Thanks!
-
This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks! 🎉 Up until now I always created page by using the quick add button under one of the main pages and then moved it manually to the top of the tree 🙈
-
Hi @Jana Paulech , thanks for getting back to me! I think we'll go with the approach of having different emails for our test instances to keep notifications clean 🧼
-
A quick question... Is it possible to switch off notifications from certain sites that I don't want to see there? I have some test Jira instances and now I can see notifications from these in my main Jira instance that I use for work 🙈
-
Having all notifications under one roof is really helpful! Thanks 🎉
-
This is great! 😍 Can't wait to try it out.

Hi @M Amine thanks for your comment 🎉 Forge apps are already available on the Atlassian Marketplace, you can install them and use them today. One of the examples is Link Management for Confluence build by LivelyApps ( @Sven Schatter _Lively Apps_ ). I can't find anywhere the ability to filter Forge apps but hopefully, this…

Hi @Mattias Thalén , I recently wrote an article about alternatives for next-gen components that were mentioned across the Atlassian community posts 👉 https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/How-to-create-Components-in-team-managed-former-Next-gen/ba-p/1693783 To the topic of versioning in your…

Thanks @G subramanyam 🙌
-
That's an interesting use case for components and when I think about it, it does make sense 🤔 I checked if there is some way to customize permissions like this but I didn't find any. What some teams do in this scenario is that they manage work in separate projects so they can set permissions accordingly only to certain…

Hi Tom, I know this is an older comment but it seems that others are interested in this too. The link for the public roadmap is here 👉 Atlassian public roadmap but as of today I still couldn't find Next-gen components support on this list.
-
Hi @CARIOU Xavier , as mentioned in the previous answers components are not yet available in team-managed (former Next-gen) projects. I did a bit of research on this topic and found some workarounds that others use that include custom fields, labels, Automation for Jira. Some teams are looking for experience as close to…
-
Hi @James A Rosen , depending on what you're using components for there are a few workarounds mentioned here in the community that you can use. The workarounds include custom fields, labels, and Automation for Jira. Because some teams are looking for experience as close as possible to components in company-managed projects…
-
Hi @Christian Giroux I went through several community posts and the solutions that I found for next-gen components were checkbox fields, labels, or using automation for Jira for custom assignees. Because I didn't find any other solution and the improvement ticket to introduce components to next-gen is open since February…
-
Hopefully now with roadmaps being available in classic (company-managed) projects too, companies could keep using classic projects if they have a need for components. But there are still many that don't want to move to classic and want to use components so I wrote an article with some workarounds that were mention in the…
