Como o site esta no standard plan o administrador da organizacao pode registrar um ticket em https://getsupport.atlassian.com/ Abracos, Alex

Hi @Larry Peery If you could share your current script, it would be easier for the community to suggest changes. But based on the https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Scriptrunner-Require-Attachment-on-transition/qaq-p/850615 post, I will suggest you something like: if (tempWebAttachments.size() > 1){ throw…

Algum outro usuario…

Hi @Emilie Caron I played with the server version of the Asana for Jira and that one only creates issues in Jira from Asana. There’s no updates on issues and any issue update in Jira won’t sync Asana fields either. I am not sure if the cloud version has a more features but it is free to try. cheers, Alex

Hi @Mila Vera You are right, and I don't think confluence will provide this sort of permission based on having access to a specific link. However, if you are on a premium plan, there is the IP allowlist permission where one can Specify IP addresses for product access at the organization level. Cheers, Alex

Hi @Mila Vera and welcome to the community! You can enable anonymous access on the cloud starting on the standard version. Therefore, you won't need all users to have a confluence account to read content from your wiki site. Take a look at Set up public access for more details. I hope it helps. If this answer helps solve…

Hi @Emilie Caron Have you taken a look at Asana for Jira Cloud ? Cheers, Alex

Hi @Junaid Rehman Welcome to the community! Happy to have you onboard! Cheers, Alex

Hi @Agnieszka Santos First, you will need to remove the screen on any screen scheme on <YOUR_JIRA_SITE>/settings/issues/screen-schemes. Then the delete option will be enabled for that screen. You might also need to review your Issue Type Screen Scheme and remove Screen Schemes that are not being used…

Hi @Douglas Oliveira I am afraid you cannot have more than one Default incoming email provided by Atlassian on your Jira site. However, you might create multiple mail handlers and differentiate their behaviour to create issues in different projects, even using the Default incoming. I have done that before leveraging…

Hi, @Teodor Hoza welcome to the community! Based on your description I have created similar rules for my clients. I believe this structure can give you guidance: 1st Rule: Clone to Project B When: Issue Created If: Project equals Project A Then: Clone issue into Project B * Define an issue link type that will be used in…

Yeah, I am afraid one cannot do it on a view level. But, I found this JSWCLOUD-21618 suggestion on public Jira, and you might want to shine in your use case and vote for that. Cheers, Alex

Hi @David Wuth Have you tried this? Manage your plan permissions within Advanced Roadmaps: * From the Roadmap view, navigate to settings using the next to your plan name > Configure. * On the left sidebar, navigate to Permissions. You can grant view and edit permissions to individual users or groups, or make it visible to…

Hi @serge calderara Azure is in my learning backlog but I played with Atlassian Docker images in previous versions running docker on my own MacBook a while back. I had a bit of a situation to startup Jira due to lack of resources (memory and processor) and after tuning up the container Jira started beautifully. Do you see…

Hi @Bibin Mohan Kareethra I recently came across a similar issue with my client; on that occasion, the space export zip was not successfully imported on a new Confluence instance and created a lot of inconsistent data in the database. The following error appeared in the atlassian-confluence.log: ERROR: duplicate key value…

Welcome to the community @Mai Huong Nguyen!

Hi, community! I am happy to join this group. I've been using JSM and an admin for over two years, and I've been playing around with Insights lately. Pretty powerful. Cheers, Alex

Hi @Anita Chen Perhaps you might leverage the out-of-the-box CSV import by adding issue linking as part of the CSV content and creating a post-function on the create issue transition of the workflow. I am not sure how conditions would play a role in CSV import or even if I am over simplifying your use case, but maybe you…

Hi @Douglas Oliveira You can configure additional Incoming mail servers on <YOUR_JIRA_SITE>/secure/admin/IncomingMailServers.jspa and then configure additional Mail Handlers for each Incoming mail server to create/update issues in other projects. I hope it helps. If this answer helps solve the problem, please come back and…

Hi @Rich Wolverton To clarify the custom field type and give you a proper direction, is your custom field a Select List (multiple choices) or Select List (cascading). I created an example with a Select List (multiple choices) named Dept: And another example with a Select List (cascading) named Secretarit with options 1 and…

Hi @serge calderara ! As @Robert Wen_Cprime_ mentioned, one defined the admin username and password during the initial Jira setup. However, if do not remember the credentials of admin user by any reason checkout this article to recover…

Hey @Jimmy Seddon This is awesome, congratulations!

Hi Ricardo As an organization admin, you can make another user an organization admin. You can make anyone who has an Atlassian account an organization admin: * Log in to your organization at Admin * Choose Settings > Administrators. * Click Add administrators. * Enter an Atlassian account email address and click Grant…

Hi @Anupama kapoor You won't be able to generate this report using Jira OOTB, but I believe you can develop something similar to your description using this filter: project = "XXXX" and type in ("defects","Test cases") and "Epic Link" is not EMPTY ORDER BY "Epic Link" From this JQL, you can configure the filter to display:…

Hi @danielmaycock The function StartOfDay() performs searches based on the start of the current day. It lists issues that have been updated after the beginning of the day. There are many other time-related functions in JQL. You can have the complete specification of all JQL out-of-the-box Jira functions at this…
-
Hi @Lina Abu-Baker When you have a workflow from the workflow scheme, any Issue Type in the project that does not have a workflow associate will be attached to the workflow defined as "Unassigned Types" in the workflow scheme. Depending on the status of these workflows, Jira will prompt you for a status mapping and change…
-
Hi @danielmaycock welcome to the community! Jira will not have a function that shows the last comment in JQL. But, I believe you can have similar results with this JQL updated > startOfDay() For the additional functions that work with date fields check…

HI @[deleted] Do you happen to figure out what was the issue? I am facing something similar on my setup. Thanks Alex

Hi @Gino Villanueva Since your confluence is hosted on the cloud, I doubt the e-mail notification is not sent. My first troubleshooting step would be checking with the e-mail provider/server and/or verify with the user if there is any mail going to spam/junk folders. Cheers, Alex

Hi @Jdelima The answer to this question will vary depending on your Jira hosting type. However, for either server/datacenter or cloud, only a Jira admin user can add other users to the group/s that grant administrator privileges. Cheers, Alex
