We recently switched identity providers AND had a rebrand where everyone's email addresses were altered. It made for some amazing messes with our end-users and I have been swatting rogue sites like flies over the past month and a half! This is great advice @Peggy Graham, thanks for the publish!

It was great seeing the swelling crowd at the NYC event! 1 Year from the official launch of startups and there was palpable buzz. Love what the team is doing @Philip Braddock!

@asadiq yes, you can check here for all chapters: https://ace.atlassian.com/chapters/ The ones listed under Global are all virtual. However, you can also check on those that are in your region/time zone or language. Many of them will host virtual and hybrid events and are not limited to in-person. Good luck!

Nice to see some releases even with some of the team at offsites the past week. Thanks for sharing @SilkeS.

@Daria Kulikova_GitProtect_io Feel Good Friday AND Miscellaneous Monday? June really IS your month! I am a natural planner. Anyone else surprised by that? My wife is a natural worrier. So we really compliment one another. The greatest joy I get is when I see one of my older children (I don't hold the younger ones as…

@Daria Kulikova_GitProtect_io thanks for this publish! My favorite month of the year is October. I live in the Northeast United States and October begins with the trees all green and ends in them awash with color - reds, yellows, oranges and some browns. My wife and I enjoy nature hiking and biking (and can sometimes…

Thanks for being you @Jimmy Seddon! I turned to ChatGPT to pen an ode to admins and users, and then asked for a visualization. Interetsing that the visual could not get the words correct, but here they both are! Ode to the Unsung Heroes of the System To the ones who log in with morning’s first light,Whose fingers command…

Windows user here! ALT+TAB to shift between windows is my all day every day! In Confluence it is the same as @Kristján Geir Mathiesen E to edit!

While I don't have a local farmer's market to support, I try to balance the time savings and ease of ordering items on Amazon or other online marketplaces with the need to support local businesses and owners. If I am in a store, I will usually compare the prices for a product to the price I can obtain said product for…

I am frequently inspired by nature and/or exercise. I used to always travel with a small notepad and pen so I could capture the moments of inspiration, but with the proliferation of smart phones I have poorly replaced the pen and pad with an app. I do find that I am less likely to commit my thoughts to a Notes app than if…

My most memorable rookie misunderstanding was when I started my first full-time job as an Operations Manager at a Real Estate Management firm. There were so many real estate terms that I had never heard or used before that I started peppering them in to conversations, without really understanding what they were. I remember…

@John D Patton happy to see you back and engaged here in the Online Community/Forums! Always great when we get to share a table and beer at a NYC area ACE event. I hope that @John D Patton 2.0 makes a lasting impact.

In this order: * Physical notebook (actual pen and paper) * Confluence (Personal Space or my Dev environment) * Trello - my personal productivity tool

I have turned to ChatGPT to find rare or weird sports records that are not readily available on the main websites that represent the sport. Like, most OT losses by an NHL goalie, or MLB player with the highest average bat velocity. In many cases there is no way to really determine whether the answer is correct or not since…

@Patricia Modispacher _K15t_ no recording, and I am sure @Matt Reiner _K15t_ can share his presentation internally 😉 - but I do hope to get the slide deck to post in a recap of the recap!

As usual, @Barbara Szczesniak posts and it resonates! I was packing for a weeklong work trip to Montreal, QC, Canada (so close @Jimmy Seddon but so far!) two Sundays ago, and while looking for appropriate clothing for the weather I had to dig through a few items I had not worn or even seen in a few years. I took an hour…

@Abhinav welcome to the Atlassian Community! Good luck with your professional journey. Let us know what particular Atlassian applications you have experience with or would like to learn more about so we can help guide you in the community forums.

I would think that my Jiroid would be like K2-SO. Large, overpowering in stature, yet soft and kind in personality. Just like Jira - looks intimidating from the outside, but on the inside is sensitive and understands me.

@Michael Tobiasz welcome to the Atlassian Community! I hope you can join us at our next in-person ACE event on Thursday May 8. I don't have any recommendations, but I am looking in this very same scenario now, so if I come across anything I'll be sure to post back here.

In theory I love the idea of gardening. In practice I don't do it at all. Why? Because, if you know me, you know how symmetrical of a thinker I am. And gardens need some chaos to bring out their beauty. My wife is much more suited to the task - and all of our neighbors always comment on how pretty the garden looks!

@Jimmy Seddon I finally made good on my commitment and completed my $250 donation today! Keep up the amazing work!

Really enjoying this series in general, but this article in particular. There are a lot of lessons that the community can learn from these experiences, thank you for sharing them @Julia Eddington!

@Naema Hayden Nickleberry welcome to the Atlassian Community! Let us know what role you currently have and what experience you may already have with Atlassian products so we can help guide you along the journey!

@Jimmy Seddon I just Googled those names, are they a homage to Mass Effect characters?

@Jimmy Seddon you're not just a great parent, but a great human being! What a lovely story - and your kids will have even more enriched lives due to the kindness that you and your wife have shown. Here's my story... In 11th grade I was given a free period due to being placed in a Spanish language class where the teacher…

🎺 super active this week with the wife and kids! Spent a ton of time with the family this week during the intermediate days of Passover making new memories - Pickleball, Archery, Baseball, Cycling, Running together. It’s great to feel healthy and active with the ones I love most!

Looks like MCB also found Larry! Now we'll never be able to find him in crowd when he is camouflaging himself with the level 10 club jacket - I just hope it comes in a Hawaiian shirt pattern! Congrats @LarryBrock!

@Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ always a poet with the pen!

@Philip Braddock this prompt reminds me of a Friday Fun article from a few years back: Friday Fun: Serious or Funny. In that discussion I provided the same advice I am posting here: Completion, not perfection, is the goal you need to achieve. The CTO of my formder company had me fly across the country (from NYC to SBA) to…

Loved the daily vlogs. Not attending in person this year, you and the team really brought me in to it with your 3 minute videos posted on Linkedin each day. Thank you!
