@Thomas Dawson are they receiving the link to that email address? If so, what is happening when they click on it? They should make sure they are signed out of any other Confluence Sites they may be signed in to so it does not default them to a different site when clicking the link.

@Eberhard Manz language settings are a global setting on the site and cannot be adjusted granularly on a space level. Sorry!

@Ellie Kulick this may be the earliest time I have seen the use of 'elements' to refer to what we commonly call 'macros'. I have seen this usage a bit more recently, but no official communication from Atlassian about a change in terminology. Anything you can share on this?
