Great first article on the Online Community! Thanks for sharing your experiences and learnings from implementing JSM in this environment.

@Lisa Forstberg are you referring to this article? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/Jira-SM-for-Quality-control/ba-p/2775765 I found it. Looks good!

I've started using Databases to replace monster tables. Database pages load and scroll much faster than a large table does! I'm interested in learning more about how to use Databases to their fullest. Are there any recommended training modules for this feature yet?

@Angelie Stephens good luck in pursuing your PM course (and certification?). Where I am in my career, my goals are much less quantitative and more qualitative. I am hoping to help develop at least two employees into supervisors or managers in my organization. I have shifted focus from managing to mentoring, and a measure…

Love that this first Demo Days presentation covered the US East Coast, US West Coast and India. Startups represented from across the globe, that's the power of the Atlassian Community!
-
@A B welcome to the Atlassian Community. Thanks for posting this here, hopefully some of the startups that are enrolled in the program (which gives access to Confluence) will find your firm a useful resource.
-
@Lauren Kramer Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Based on your question and @Trudy P Claspill's input, I have moved this question to the Trello collection for you so that some more 'Trello-y' eyeballs can be placed on it.

Toasted Almond. The entire box of 6 at once.

@Justinian Difo welcome to the Atlassian Community (online). @Dileep Bhat had posted that the deck is now available on the event page: https://ace.atlassian.com/events/details/atlassian-new-york-presents-project-management-craft-meetup/ Enjoy!

There is a small restaurant in NYC that used to be in the Theater District and has since moved to the Upper West Side. It was originally named 'My Most Favorite Dessert Company', and has since been renamed 'My Most Favorite Food Company'. In the winter of 2020, just before Coronavirus took over the world my wife and I…

This is more historical than current, but here are my three. * Nirvana - MTV Unplugged in New York * Pearl Jam - Ten * Candlebox - Candlebox These are seared in my consciousness.

@Susan Waldrip sorry for the late reply, been down and out with Covid. Here is your meme - bug themed as I get over this recent bug in my system.

July was a really rough month both work-wise and health-wise. I needed this to start my August off right!

@Liz Tanner if you find those MIDI versions of the Star Wars soundtrack, please, please share!

@Olivia Wills welcome to the Atlassian Community! It was nice to meet you last night. Hope that this is the first of many ACE events you'll join.

I prefer the current state of the web in Chrome browser. Just looking at the geocities.com site I brought up on oldweb brought back memories of slow web connections and click and wait sessions.

Smart choice.

I have never played Animal Crossing, so here's my swag pic. It's about 1 minute old since today is yet another Atlassian Sock Day. Actually, I am always in Atlassian socks. I probably have a month's worth of socks, and like Dumbledore said "One can never have enough socks". They are what I would see in the Mirror of Erised…

Looking forward to some fun ice breakers!

@Barbara Szczesniak the Atlassian Community platform is built on Khoros. If you ever have issues, check their status page. In the past month there have been numerous notification related outages on the platform, all due to Khoros.

I generally use emojis in Slack (never in email) to prevent the awkward back and forth that arises from confirmations/thank you's that continue a thread that should have already stopped. My top three are:

@Anders Bjorkman welcome to the Atlassian Community! Are you new to Atlassian products, or just Atlassian Intelligence. Let us know what your background is.
-
@Joe Zaynor welcome to the community! Good luck in pursuing your certification. Any specific exam you are looking at taking first?

@Dave Mathijs long time no speak! I'd love to see a more extensive library of shapes to be able to create flowcharts and org charts in the whiteboard. After reading a user question last week, I'd also like to see anchor functionality within a whiteboard where a shortcut can be inserted that would take you to another…

Wow! I love that you shared that tidbit about your proposal! Did the two of you enjoy eating a lot of Chinese Food together when you were dating, or was it an entirely random detail in the proposal? I'm with you @Amanda Barber, not a big fan of the consumption of fortune cookies - but always ready to crack one open after a…

@Alexis Marticorena if my answer helped you, please consider marking it as accepted so that others looking for similar information can more easily find it.

My understanding of the initial documentation released around whiteboards licensing was just this - multiply your # of licensed users by 3 and that is the amount of available whiteboards. That would have been ideal. Instead, the implementation was 3 per user for that user. So we have 10 active people using whiteboards, 30…

Process flow diagrams as dispersed teams work from concept to completion. Taking the whiteboard and digitizing it allows us to more efficiently map process flows and adjust them with notes.

@Alexis Marticorena there is no current way to link to self in a Whiteboard and remain on the same page. Links were designed to reference external assets such as Jira Issues and Confluence Pages. While your use case makes a lot of sense, it's not supported. There is a JAC issue already registered for this recommending that…
