We have a DACI matrix for our project process which is really helpful and very important. Never thought about using it for team decisions. Thank you!

Thanks for the reminder @Kristen Roth

I think it depends on the one hand with which "members you have meetings" and on the other hand "how are they self structured" (like @Manish Bannur wrote) and meeting efficiency is the key (@Jack Brickey but for sure it's worth a try!

Great idea!

We recently tried one and it worked out really good --> please check out my article and feel free to comment on it

Done @Bridget :-) https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Team-Playbook-articles/We-ran-the-Icebreaker-What-is-one-thing-you-learned-from-a/ba-p/1764804#M144

For our joint XMAS online ACE @Fabienne Gerhard prepared a Trello Christkindl Market with all those amazing Franconia recipes for the participants to enjoy typical Christmas food afterwards. (I added some self drawn pictures ;-) ) https://trello.com/b/7rGyr5Xu/christkindlmark

Would you please switch me to timeslot 1 @Bridget ☺️

Only a small box of flowers - but at least some ☺️💐

Timezone 2 for me ☺️🤾🏻‍♂️🤾🏻‍♂️🤾🏻‍♂️

Yes!!! 👏🙌🎉

Hi @Dave LIAO Yes, because Jira and process management are correlated and Jira Application Management won‘t be a „whole day job“. And it‘s on prem Data Center.

I am in ☺️

I am not 🙈

I just opened a challenge in the Game where I need to add 3 new friends - so if you received an invitation two minutes ago - that's me ;-) My Code 0334 0501 0874 Except those who I already was connected with :-)

Yes this!!! @Dave LIAO

Wohoo 👏👏👏

Enjoying awesome views during my daily early morning run. 😊 preferably in the snow ❄️☃️

My shirt for today 🖤 This is the way or may 😂

Thanks to @Krimo Khermane [AUG Cologne Leader] here is a screenshot :-) @Jimmy Seddon ;-)

Bingo! 😃😃😃

Awesome!!!! ☺️

Thank you @G subramanyam for sharing!

I was to shy to ask ... ;-) but I am soooo excited for that bag full of swag :-)

Vienna Open in 2019 and last years virtual summit :-)

I'd also say hybrid - I know many companies that wouldn't feature a trip to "Las Vegas for a conference"

This round was easy to decide 😀

Thanks @Anna-BigPicture for your reply. When will this bugfix be available?

Welcome!!! 😃

Congrats everyone!!! 👏👏👏
