Another solution without mails would be creating a Dashboard and providing that to your users a "start screen". You could there include all the filters you want in a lot of different gadgets.

A pragmatic one - if not to often - remove watchers > change > set them back in. only works if you don‘t notify „added as watcher“

@Angela Beck you might use different security levels for each customer to give them acces to there own tickets. A workaround for the report number x of 50 might be sorting (like @Dave LIAO suggested) and display the list on a dashboard where rank and ticket number are displayed. they only see there own security level…

Hi @Dave LIAO about 7 to 9 people, but in three different companies (us, solution provider, host). You can assume what the answer might look like? ;-) But you can modify the date in the system settings - extended settings - but same group of people that have admin access. Thanks Nina
