@Danny I'm pretty sure we have it recorded, but whether I can share it publicly is another story. One day, we'll be able to connect… in person, again. I can't wait for that day…
-
@Danny From my perspective, the most amazing thing was just connecting with folks form around the world, as we had live sessions available in three distinct timezone regions. My favorite moment is probably when one person asked a question and @Joanna Thurmann's answer provoked a reply to the effect of "😲 Oh my goodness,…

@G subramanyam Can you be a little more specific? I don't know if we have that topic set up as a topic for a training course, but we may have info spread across several, or I could potentially point you to other Atlassian or partner resources, if I know a bit more of what you are looking for.
-
Correction, @Danny: Team Tour missed you! 😊
-
@Taranjeet Singh That's an interesting thought. Right now we have access to those recording limited to our Training Day registrants, but I'll take that as an official idea submission.
-
@Mal I also wanted to offer up these resources regarding better retros: * I recently heard the suggestion, "Add a 'thank you' area/list/spot in your retro." We recently did this (ironically at our Training Day retrospective) and it made for some uplifting messages. Additionally, it kept folks focused on the retro if they…

UPDATE: We just added Jira Service Management Cloud Basics to our catalog. It's a short tutorial, but should be very helpful getting started with the updated ITSM features that come with Jira Service Management cloud, including the new ITSM project template!
-
@Matt Magee Thanks for raising this with me. @Danno can you please email me and I can get you in touch with some Advanced Roadmap folks: bthoma@aatlassian.com
-
Congratulations to everyone who passed these Cloud exams during our beta period. I am so impressed!
-
@Dharma Ramos FYI: the bug that was hiding the session tiles at our Team Tour site is now resolved. Thanks for helping us identify a problem, so we could fix it for everyone!
-
@Ama Donald — @Sajit Nair is right. You can find Atlassian University's hands-on courses for Jira Administration and Jira Service Desk in our catalog here: https://training.atlassian.com/jira-catalog

@Dharma Ramos As we work to fix the session visibility on the site, this Community post also has the titles listed. Each are 60min and there will be 15min between sessions. The first class (Playbooks) will start at 9am in each respective region's time zone.
-
And just for further clarity… you will still be able to attend any/all live training sessions during Training Day. In the registration process, we ask you to indicate which sessions you are most likely to attend, and this helps us prepare better for the day of planning.
-
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @Dharma Ramos. We are looking into this right now—they should be visible.
-
@David Reif @Phill Fox @Rodney Nissen _Work Wranglers_ _TJL_ Please see @Julia 's comment. We've also added this info to the original article text (highlighted). We continue to read everyone's feedback and acknowledge that these changes are not ideal for everyone.
-
@Subodh Karmarkar We're excited to have you learn with us. See you tomorrow!
-
@Romel Glad you got the email—and thank you for pointing out the error on our web site. We'll get that fixed as soon as possible, but it should read 28 February 2021!
-
Welcome @Shyanne Torres!
-
@milynnus This almost does the trick for me. The issue I have is not that I want to move a date by a set number of days, but instead move dates relative to just one. So, creating a single button that has a fixed number of days (25 in that example) wouldn't work for me, as I need to move all dates relative to the change…
-
Thanks @Vongsawat This worked best for me. I haven't tried creating and linking them with one card button, but that'll be next!
-
Thanks for jumping in @Kat Warner. I always appreciate your contributions!
-
@Sanmat Jhanjhari I guarantee to you that the Certification team is seeing (and absorbing) your comments!
-
@SAWADA Miyuki_Ricksoft_ You're right, so thank you for asking! Currently, Pro Skills Badges are related to full hands-on, training courses (i.e. Jira Cloud Essentials). Skills Badges are related to our free, Skillbuilder courses. We're thinking through the future of these credentials, so be aware that the naming may…

We've started a discussion for Q&A with our webinar panelists here.

"We were already using Scrum but were co-located and now we are 100% distributed. On concern going forward is in 12 month we could be 50 / 50 or 70 / 30. Have you ever worked in such a team? I assume the colocated part of the team needs to ensure they continue working with zoom\teams meetings, all employees need webcams…

"Just out of curiosity, how does Scrum work for start-up firms?"
-
"Does Atlassian happen to have a good tool for Retrospective Sessions? :) Or any tips for doing that remotely?"
-
"How do we access the Atlassian Team Playbook?"
-
"What suggestions do you have for teams in zones where the work culture is more micromanagement, and when we introduce to agile they have a very hard time to adapt to it, and not being in the same time zone make it more difficult?"

"Can you recommend further literature about Scrum in distributed teams?"
