Correct, tags are exported with the object in Leo. Leo users have them in both comma list and single value format for report labels or filters.

The Jira Align Team is currently working with Atlassian U to develop a series of both Online and Instructor Lead/Publicly available classes. Unfortunately, we do not yet have a date for general availability, but I'm sure there will be a boisterous market announcement, as these are ready.

Very Important: Keep in mind, Jet is not a desktop app. It is intended for Admins, or at least users that have Admin rights to the site/Jira instance you plan to install the app on.
