I do not know such. In any case, you can contact the vendor

That's how it works... Internally, we have a rule that members of site-admins always should be added to the edit rights for all secrets.
-
On creation any secret with this app it asks who can view, and who can edit. To change permissions you should ask owner. You can find who added this macro through the page history.

Hello @Christiane K_ You can give a try to our app for creating custom macros: User Macro for Confluence Cloud I have created an example for your use case: Logo Library You can set up all images and manage them in one space. While adding to page editors will chose the logo and may setup size of each. If you update URL in…

Seems, that the following links will be useful to you: 'Current space' in the ‘Create from Template’ Macro is not available CONFCLOUD-35291

Hi Dipali, First of all, there is no exact recommendation on the topic. Secondly, I believe that thing could be improved. But performance issue should be investigated and localized first. Is it 3rd party macros or User Macros? (can you manage it or have to call a vendor) Is it thousands of just several typical macros? What…

Hello @Pawel as I understand you want something following. Based on CQL show a table with information about pages: You can do this with our User Macro for Confluence Cloud app. I have created a template that you can copy to your instance and modify: Aggregated pages attributes inside our app. Best Regards, Roman Wombats…

Hello @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ I was also not lucky enough to find a way to get historical status. Seems that a possible solution is to store the status each time on change in the page properties. E.g.: { "key": "lastVerififedVersion", "value": "12" } It might be possible with the automation ...however, I doubt that it…

@Jasper it's actually much better, on the DC you can create a custom User Macro that will do whatever you need just from the admin panel. Here is the template for you. It is based on the JS and shows attachments as a clickable list. As input, it uses Page ID or current as default. ## SERVER SYNTAX ## @param ID:title=Page…

I'm here after several years =) If you use maven delete <scope> to make it compile, but only on problematic dependency <dependency> <groupId>com.google.code.gson</groupId> <artifactId>gson</artifactId> <version>2.2.2-atlassian-1</version> <scope>provided</scope> </dependency>
-
Hi @Jasper if you need to list them from specific page give a try to my Page Information macro app Regards, Roma (Wombats Corp)
-
Hi @bimbims I can propose my app that does just what you ask: Page Information Macro Regards, Roman, Wombats Corp
-
This one is just working fine for me: <ac:link ac:anchor="anchroName"> <ri:page ri:content-title="pageTitle"/> <ac:plain-text-link-body>anchroName</ac:plain-text-link-body> </ac:link>

How about make a space E as a general sours, that will be available for A-D companies? * You will not publicly mention that space * Include it into A-D with include macro * Edit information only in space E and only by company A Regards, Roman

Hi Try to check what Atlassian does have (as source of truth) via REST API https://{domain}.atlassian.net/wiki/api/v2/pages/{pageId}/properties It's a GET request that you can open directly in the browser. Do not forget to add {domain} and {pageId} It will not solve the issue, but help to localize: * if your properties in…

You can write one macro and then parametrize it via User Parameters So on adding the macro, the user specifies a parameter (JQL or/and property-key) One macro will fetch different data based on the User Parameter, however, display it with the same logic I'm pretty sure that you can achieve it within DC User Macro. In any…

On DC you have User Macro out-of-the-box and can create that thing from the admin page

Hello Andre, Welcome you to the Community! Unfortunatelly, Atlassian decided not to implement User Macro on Confluence Cloud. There are two options here: Develop your own app (e.g. with Forge) Use 3rd-party apps from the marketplace (e.g. our User Macro for Confluence Cloud app) Regards, Roman Wombats Corp, CEO
-
Hello @Andreas Eder, It seems that you have a quite special request I can propose for it our app User Macro for Confluence Cloud If I understand you correctly, you have a page. The page has page property. The page property should be used in JQL for searching (and representing) issues from Jira. Here is how I did it with…
-
You can still hide sections using CSS styles if needed.
$body

Hello @Ashwini Sarangamath, Welcome to the Community! User Macro in Confluence Cloud exists as a 3rd party app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1232013/user-macro-for-confluence-cloud With that, you can create different User macros or use templates from our library. Our NoPrint macro looks like the following: It…

Or you can create a token upfront from the WebUI and use it there (which is better practice)

Hello @Alexander Mitte I'm afraid that, you will need a custom solution for such a custom request. I can propose to try our User Macro for Confluence Cloud As I understand, you would like to have something like the following: This is a custom User Macro that represents Defects with their Features (and additionally Issue…

Hello @Karin Kriebisch, As I understand you want to have a macro in Confluence. The macro showed a list of users. The list is (somehow) related to the Jira project. Is it correct so far? Could you please describe the rule for identifying needed users? Regards, Roman
-
The thing is that it's an "Atlassian" field (at least I do not see other explanation) And the problem is no understanding of how it works ("non-standard way"). Here is the clear DC instance. After adding Jira Service Management the field appears and is Locked
-
Hi @Kris Dewachter Yes, you are right. The field is locked because it's a system field. It comes directly from the JSM. So the question, is for what reason this field is used? Why did Atlassian add it? How to set up a value? Where is that value used? Regards, Roman cc @John Funk @Joseph Chung Yin
-
It's ok. Thank you, for the real-case example!
-
I got it. You can use our app User Macro for Confluence Cloud for that. There are a lot of possibilities to customize it to your needs. You can gather any information from Jira and Confluence. Additionally, you can increase flexibility and reusability with User Parameters. In example below users can set particular project…
