Hi @Johnathan Garrett-Sinclair You need to add "Validators" in your workflow step. Please check https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/advanced-workflow-configuration-776636620.html#Advancedworkflowconfiguration-validators You will need to select 'Field Required Validator' and then select the appropriate field in…

Hi @Akiva Marks Jira Cloud -> Bitbucket Cloud connection should apply to all Jira projects. 1. Can you confirm if this problem is occurring for all issues in "W20" project? 2. Are you creating new branches in the same repository for both Jira projects? or are they different repositories? 3. Are you mentioning the issue key…

Hi @jane pulman Can you please share the link to the toggl chrome extension? Maybe there is an option to sync it with the work log as part of the extension.
-
Hi @wangdanjun This may not be possible out of the box but should be possible by using 'Automation for Jira' app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215460/automation-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
-
Hi @John Pace You can adjust the board's default filter to exclude issues that were resolved a week or ago. One simple example: NOT (updated < -7d AND status in ("Done", Closed))
-
Hi @Robert Levine Adding a 'button' may not be possible (I looked at the Macros list and couldn't find a Button macro) but you can add a regular 'Link' that users can click to go to another page. Is that an acceptable alternative for you?
-
Hi @Kathy Kurth Goto Settings (left sidebar) -> User management -> Site access -> Select 'Dont' approve any domain'
-
HI @goliath The issue could have been moved out of the sprint for various reasons. Can you go that relevant ticket and look at "History" (next to Comments) and see what has triggered this change?
-
Hi @[deleted] I'm afraid this isn't possible in the Cloud version. Is doing multiple searches with additional filters an alternative for you?
-
Hi @Kevin Sauvageau > I actually have to go through "Move" action to move the issue as a subtask. What you have already mentioned is the quickest way to convert an issue into a subtask.
-
Hi @Gleb Kartashov What is the type of "Insight" custom object? One trick is to set this value via UI manually for one Issue and retrieve it via "Get Issue" and see what format the value comes back as. Then you can use the same format to send back for new issues.
-
HI @Ankita_Kukreti Do you mean different forks of the same repository? If they are entirely different repositories, I am not sure how copying a branch will work.
-
Hi @LeeJoonHee What is the exact error message you receive when you try to commit your changes? Yes, please share the video of the problem. It will be useful in understanding.
-
Hi @Suryaprakash Thonupunuri When you say 'tasks', do you mean 'sub tasks'?
-
I took another look. I was wrong, I was looking at a JSW project. But it looks like Next Gen is in very early preview at the moment for Service Desk Project. and it looks like Subtasks cannot be added just yet.
-
Are subtasks available in Next Gen Service Desk project?
-
Are you sure you are looking at the right project? The screenshot you have pasted is from a 'Classic Project' settings page. In the original question, you mentioned it is a Next gen project Please clarify.
-
Oh okay, I am not much familiar with Sourcetree. Lets wait if someone else is aware of this issue.

Hi @Darrel Lee Have you tried following https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/email-notifications-724765358.html mainly this section: To edit your email notification settings: * Choose your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose Settings * Click Email in the left-hand panel * Click Edit You will see…

Glad you got it sorted :)
-
Hi @Luke_T Subtask issue type needs to be enabled manually for Nextgen projects. See this screenshot: Goto project settings -> Issue types -> click 'Add issue type' and select sub task' (since I have already added, it is listed already for me)
-
HI @Mariana Tavares Even name field should be editable. Try going to your profile page and editing your name:

Hi @Tomasz Kotula I am unsure how a web product (Jira Cloud) can cause such an error in a desktop application (Askpass.exe). Can you link that article from Google that says this error is related to Atlassian products?
-
Hi @Capps You can click on the 'Bell' icon in the left navigation to look at all the notifications that you would have received via email:
-
I think overriding reviewers via URL parameters isn't possible.
-
@David Loszewski Can you please share how this was resolved? It can help other community members.
-
Hi @Michael Taylor In the native out of the box JQL solution, we can only filter on the "type" of the linked issue. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver073/advanced-searching-functions-reference-861256240.html#Advancedsearching-functionsreference-linkedIssueslinkedIssues() for more details. What you have…
-
Thats all I could think of :)
-
Hi @Radu_Cebotari When you say "P.S. Voiding the reviewers' list is enough for me", do you mean you need to have an empty reviewers list?
-
Hi @SunZhenwei In Jira, you can have three hierarchical levels for issues. 1. An 'Epic' issue 2. An Epic issue can have multiple issues under it 3. A regular issue can have multiple subtasks. Each subtask is also an issue but it cannot have subtasks. Hope this answers your question.
