Hi Rohan, 1. Using the Chrome extension, you can add an idea and select 'Add a description'. Then you can copy-paste what you see on your screen - perhaps from Zendesk - and paste it here. 2. Your are correct that insights are not supported through Automation, I've taken note of your feedback for our future prioritisation.

hi @Audrey Sebbane when you publish a view to a stakeholder, they will essentially have the full screen view that does not show the left-nav with all the other views. With the benefit of choosing who gets to see this in the published state. Is that what you're trying to achieve?

Hi Olivia, your instance was deactivated as we were unable to successfully bill you after the trial period, it seems like you don't have payment details on file. Please ask your site/billing admin to add these payment details and then reactivate Jira Product Discovery.

@Abdullah Al-Wadeiah we have slight different versions of admin platform which is why the screens don't line up exactly. In your example on the Product access page, remove the group the group from Jira Product Discovery.

hi @Anne Gallant currently Jira Product Discovery only supports integrated delivery features with a Jira Software on the same instance, not another one within the enterprise umbrella.
