Thanks for sharing your feedback @Paula Perrotta I've recorded it for future prioritisation.

@Antonio Carvalho thanks for the feedback! We've recorded it for future prioritisation.
-
hi @Shabbir Salemwalla it looks like you've posted this in the incorrect group. This is the group dedicated to Jira Product Discovery which is a product on Cloud only.
-
Hey Paul, great question. A couple of options for you: 1. As @Chris Timms said, you can create an Epic for those discovery tasks, and the progress bar will give you the high level perspective on progress. You can create a view that's filtered for the ideas 'In Discovery' and the progress bar will give you the high level…
-
@Karin van Driel you can link an idea to issues from any level, including above the Epic level. And then you can choose between the Simple and Default calculations (I presume you'll want the Default version). If you had Initiative above Epic and ideas were linked to Initiatives, then the Default calculation would be based…

Hi @Tere Pile please book in a short call with me so that we can investigate further. Here's my Calendly
-
Hi @Tere Pile can you confirm my understanding: The bug you're experiencing is that the date override from Jira is not working consistently until you select the idea, which then triggers an update?
-
Hi @Jeanette Bonifaz looks like we'll need to investigate this further. Could you please create a support ticket for us? In the left-nav of Jira Product Discovery select Give feedback then Get help from the support team. We'll be able to investigate properly from there.
-
Hi @Leo LI I can't offer any timeframes at the moment, we'll be sure to announce when we're close to release and if there are any Early Access Program opportunities.
-
Hi @Liora Naginsky you might find this Loom demo I made helpful in learning about connecting Product Discovery to Jira Software. Short answer: Yes, it does flow seamlessly!
-
Hi @Leo LI our planned approach for the JPD/Plans integration is for idea to be like a field for Jira issues, allowing you to group by idea in the view to visualise the hierarchy of work. We don't plan on making JPD ideas a level in the Plans issue hierarchy because an issue from any level can link to an idea. As an…
-
Hi @Jeanette Bonifaz In Company-managed projects all date fields are supported. In Team-managed projects the Due date field is supported, this is the field which comes out of the box when you create a project. Are the fields you are trying to use in Team-managed projects?
-
@Jake Phillips We don't support this at the moment, thanks for the suggestion we'll keep note of it. @Alex Note that the checkbox to populate the epic description will only appear when you create a delivery ticket and not when you add a delivery ticket. Is it still not appearing for you in the create scenario? @Christoph…
-
Thanks so much for that context, Bryce. I've added it as an insight for our internal JPD project. How's this as a workaround? You can create URL fields for each 'phase' of Atlas ticket. That way you can create views for each team (Design/PM) showing where all the work is at.
-
@Bryce York Could you share a bit more about how you've set things up? Generally speaking an idea in JPD is an initiative, big or small; a project in Atlas is used to track that initiative. These initiatives contribute to goals, and sometimes a single initiative can contribute to multiple goals which is why we've support…
-
@Niki Kavanagh could you please share the site URL for which we should enable the feature? eg. mycompany.atlassian.net @Matt Jones Yes, in the future you'll be able to see your JPD ideas in Atlas. I can't offer a timeframe on this at the moment though.
-
@Nick Our support team will be in touch shortly so that we can troubleshoot this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience!
-
Hi @Lauren Kish we fixed the previous issues. You may be experiencing a new bug. Could you please send a screen recording of what you're seeing through to me at rswami at atlassian dot com?
-
Hi @Antal Vig _ Communardo yes we do support this, it's already in GA. Here's a Loom demo on how to set it up.
-
@Jonathan Laba could you please add your site URL here? eg. mycompany.atlassian.net
-
@nick boocock @Karin van Driel please share your site URL here eg mycompany.atlassian.net and we'll turn on the integration for you
-
@Kevin Teodoro we do not have any further updates to share at this point in time. When we do, we'll announce it in the Community!
-
@Justin Cox @Drew Kerrigan you can send it to me via email rswami at atlassian dot com
-
@Jason Leong @Drew Kerrigan @Justin Cox @Sev Apo can you please share your site URL? eg. my-site-url.atlassian.net
-
@Thiago Pinheiro we've enabled it for you
-
Yes we're going to pick this one up soon!
-
@Jeanette Bonifaz You can create a list view and group by Status, it will show you how many ideas are in that status.
-
@Jeanette Bonifaz you can create a workflow for a Jira Product Discovery project like you can in Jira Software by going to the left-nav in JPD > Project settings > Workflow. This would allow you to update the status of an idea in-line with your approval process, with the caveat that you would not be able to restrict who is…
-
hi @Carlos Garcia Navarro this is a separate issue to what John is raising. The discrepancy between the 2 dates in your Community post is due to a bug where we are using different timezones in JPD and Atlas, we're working on a fix now!
-
Hi @John McDonald we currently only support syncing the Target date from Atlas back to the JPD idea. I've recorded your request to also sync the Start date for our future prioritisation.
