Hi @Denis Brum this isn't an experience within Jira Product Discovery. I suggest you you reach out to Atlassian support support.atlassian.com/contact

@spencer.cox Jira Product Discovery is still free to use, we're in the early innings of building this out into a very powerful Discovery tool. We're going to get there, but I don't want to give you infeasible delivery timelines with these features, we're carefully and consistently adding value for our customers and taking…

Appreciate the feedback @Abel Lineberger I've recorded it for our internal review, we'll look to improve on this over time.
-
Here's an automation example I put together earlier, you can use it as inspiration.

Hi @Roland Rychlik the responses here perfectly sum up the current state of play. You can create an issue in Jira Software from the Jira Product Discovery Delivery tab and choose the hierarchy level of this issue. See the image below: Fields aren't shared between Jira Product Discovery and Jira Software. If you want to…
-
hi @Denis Brum are you still experiencing the issue? As the error suggests, this seems to be an issue with your login provider.
-
@Craig Harman currently not, we're working on a solution and looking forward to having more to share on it when the time comes.
-
thanks @Jan-Hendrik Spieth i've reuploaded it should work now.
-
Hi Hannah, I've sent you a follow up email. For those following along in the Community, below is an Automation example for copying Story points from a Discovery Project to Jira Software. Note that the Story Points field is incompatible with Automation so I've created a custom field called Story point estimate JSW.

@Cristina Ciarelli Marketplace/Forge apps are not fully supported on Jira Product Discovery yet. You can see more product limitations here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Known-limitations-of-Jira-Product-Discovery-beta/ba-p/2069648

@Chris Timms is spot on here, thanks Chris!
-
Thanks @Kinane we'll take your feedback on board. It's still early days for Jira Product Discovery, there's plenty more to come and we're excited to bring it to you!
-
yep @Jan-Hendrik Spieth is correct!
-
Hi @Roni Rachmani this isn't supported in the app at the moment. Apologies for the poor user experience here, we'll work on getting this fixed but I don't have a timeframe for you at the moment.

Hi @Boleslaw Nowak , To create new fields, go to a view and select Fields in the nav above the view (next to Sort). When you create a view - such as Impact Assessment below - you choose which fields appear in the view. These same fields will appear in the idea view on the right, fields that are not shown in the Impact…
-
Hi @Kinane, The timeline is intended to present a very high level view, hence it deliberately does not reach the precision of weeks. I appreciate the feedback and we'll take this on board. The features you're describing seem to be closer to a detailed delivery planning roadmap tool. I would recommend Basic Roadmaps in Jira…

Hi @Sarah Green try again. Google hid a security setting there, I've fixed it now.

Hi @Sarah Green viewers will need an Atlassian account, anyone can create an account for free. This account doesn't need to managed by your company or have a paid seat for any other product.
-
* Yes it's in development. I can't offer a date at this point as there are a lot of tricky engineering challenges we're working through. We're making good progress though, so the best I can say is soon! * Yes that's correct - you'll be able to do that. * Not certain about this at the moment, we'll be able to provide these…
-
Hi Martin, I think Automation would work here and the solution of writing it back into a custom field in JPD sounds right.
-
@Mirko Grahnert @Phil Middlemass We will be creating the ability for Jira Product Discovery users (creators) to share views with people with an Atlassian Account. The viewer will not need a paid account, they can sign up for an Atlassian account on their own, think of it as a security authentication layer rather than a…
-
Hi Jenya, it's not on our roadmap for now.
-
Hi Jenya, formula fields such as Score are not supported in Automation at the moment. You can see details of other current limitations here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Known-limitations-of-Jira-Product-Discovery-beta/ba-p/2069648
-
@Samir Neyazi thanks we'll look into the bug. For future reference you can create a bug report by selecting Give Feedback in the bottom left of Jira Product Discovery.
-
@CC looks like the automation is behaving as expected - you're configuring it so that any linked delivery ticket will get the description and the program increment copied across whenever an issue is linked. If you don't want this to happen, then you'll need to turn off the automation.
-
thanks for the feature suggestion @Adam Gardner we'll keep that in mind for the future. This is just V1 at the moment so we have plenty of room for improvement!

Hi Denisa, you can use Jira Product Discovery now for free in the Beta and it will transition to GA in the coming months. I'd recommend it for your product team to use now for Discovery work, you won't need to do anything when it transitions to GA. Your Product teams can use Discovery in parallel with your development…
