I'm glad you find out a solution, I was out of solution :)

@Steffen Neumann You could try to add the resolution column to the result then try to export to Excel or something else to see what this column contains.
-
@Steffen Neumann Normally all tickets would show with a query without filter like the following: order by created DESC
-
@Steffen Neumann The other thing I could think of is to try to play with filters. Something like: Resolution not in (resolved) to see if tickets with no Resolution appear in the result. We had a problem similar to this and tickets that were not showing were having a Resolution = Done due to incorrect workflow.
-
Hi @Steffen Neumann You could try this to list all the possible values.
-
Hi @Kevin R I think the only problem is missing parentheses. project = BBT AND (component is EMPTY OR component != "Data Science") AND component != "Analytics Library" AND component != "DEU" AND component != "Product Configuration" AND component != "Call Library" AND "Customer Request Type" is not EMPTY

Hi @jean cameron You can use the following functions: * now() * startOfDay() * startOfWeek() * startOfMonth() * startOfYear() * endOfDay() * endOfWeek() * endOfMonth() * endOfYear() Also, here are some examples: updated <= "-4w 2d" (Use "w", "d", "h" and "m" to specify weeks, days, hours, or minutes.) status WAS "Resolved"…

I think this could help Making searchable entity properties

Sorry for my mistake ... I'm only guessing on my side too but I see that the "" are not in your last post. Maybe something like this? project.property["com.railsware.SmartChecklist"].isDisabled is empty
-
@Yuriy Marchenko I think it will look something like this project.property["com.railsaware.SmartChecklist.checklists"] is empty I'm not sure about how it should be written between the ""
-
@Yuriy Marchenko could you add an example of a property and an example of the king of JQL you're trying to use?
-
Hi @Arpita I haven't use it but maybe this site could give you a little bit of information. https://www.scrum.org/open-assessments/nexus-open Good luck with your quest :)

@Deepanshu Natani one of the difference between PSM and CSM is that PSM, you keep the title for your entire life and CSM, you need to renew/keep up to date (I think).

@Kat Warner Great article! I really look forward for the rest of the articles from the series.

An image worth a thousand words :)

I find this badget very interesting since I know absolutely nothing about OpsGenie. I think it's a good way to start learning about it!
-
Thanks @Lewis Haidt! I was really wondering what I was missing :)
-
Hi everybody! Is there a way to know what we're missing to complete a badge? I tried to earn the Agile Corner badge (green). Here's what I did: * Watch the Agile page * Share three Agile Coach videos on Twitter and use the hashtag, #YourAgileCoach in these three (3) different tweets What I am missing??? Thanks for letting…

@sudhamayee.das if you zoom out the web page (like 75% or 50%) does it help? Regards, Véronique
-
@Theo Markou I'm not sure it is exactly what you're looking for but I would start by creating a filter like the following " updatedDate > "-5d" " and then use it in a dashboard.

sagarika@stratbeans.com when modifying a workflow, you must verify if it is shared with other projects. If so, you must create a copy. Here is how it looks like in Jira Core.

The "the monthly-challenge-badge tag" link near the top of this page point to this page. It thought it would point to somewhere else.

Hello I'm new here. I got Level 1 and 2 badges this week. I'm trying to get the Welcome badge.
-
After reading this post on Trello I think I'll give it a try :)
-
Thanks for sharing the board of fountain pen. I like fountain pens.

It's good to know that it's possible to be an Atlassian Champion. Congratulations!
-
It would be great to see what steps are not yet completed to get a specific badge. Thanks :)

Hello World! On my little desk, there's a lot wires and 3 screens. It's harder to work without them. Have a nice day :)
