For me it's a simple choice, I stay away from creating team-managed projects at all. Disabling that permission to all groups is the first thing I do. Whatever the benefits of team-managed projects may be (autonomy, flexibility, easy-to-setup, no impact since no shared configuration), in the end, you end up with objects you…

This is great news. Please include the Team field in grouping and filtering.

Yes, this! Keep those insights coming, also for (shared) versions/releases please. Did I mention milestones already?
-
HI @MahanthPrudhvi What information is displayed on the custom field? Is the value provided on the Create issue screen?

You can de-active product access for one user and grant that freed up license seat to another user, yes.

To all the community members who celebrate it: Happy Thanksgiving! In Belgium, we don't have this tradition, would be nice though to experience it some time.

Hi @William Tucker welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm not sure what you mean exactly by our question, but I assume you're talking about a link between Jira and Confluence Server/Data Center Please find more info on: Link to other applications

In 2003, I had the chance to fly a Cessna 152 (PH-SCX) from the Teuge (EHTE) airport. It was quite the experience. I prefer 4 wheels though.

Thanks for the clarification Caroline. Are your quick filters based on JQL queries? Do you have a result or errors when running these queries via issue search? I assume you are working in a company-managed project, correct?
-
Hi @Caroline Bluhm , does you project have multiple agile boards? A kanban board only has one filter and - if applicable - a sub-filter. So I don't really understand your statement "the board has a lot of filters". Thanks to clarify.

Thanks for the loop back and follow-up @Tracy Chow , appreciated!

Hi @dmitriiliahov welcome to the Atlassian Community! If possible, please post your question in English, it'll help fellow members in answering your question. If my Google Translate is correct, you're having an issue with users being "blocked" while inviting them, correct? Are you trying to invite them to your site, to a…

+1 @andrew_pass Major Incidents reporting is a typical use case for Analytics.

Hi @MacLeod Broad welcome to the Atlassian Community! I agree with you on the Load More button or page indicators.

Hi @Vera Valshonok What is your use case? Suppose an issue has several attachments. They would be sent by email notification every time the event is triggered. This could be Issue Updated, a Generic Event or if you want to "filter it", a custom event. To whom would you like to send/include the attachment(s) of an issue?…

Leave some points for the others as well guys ...

Hi @Josh Elsman Unfortunately, there is not (yet). Don't hesitate to use the Give feedback about Jira link in Help (?) in the navigation bar notify Atlassian directly.
-
Hi @Janice thanks for sharing. I agree with @Bill Sheboy here. The banner is taking up too much screen real estate in my opinion. These quick links may be helpful for newcomers, but should be able to be dismissed for daily visitors like Community Leaders and Marketplace Partners.

Hi @kgshashi Project Permissions If all vendors are logging time in the same project(s), then you need to remove View All Worklogs permission for the users in the permission scheme associated with the project. Team Permissions Have a look at the Team Permissions documentation and the Permissions Overview. The View Team…

Hello @3rdjkadjk Are you using Confluence On-Prem (Server/Data Center) or Confluence Cloud? If the URL of your site/instance has .atlassian.net in it, you're on cloud.
-
You don't need two separate Confluence Cloud sites (this is what I refer to as an instance). You could create two separate Confluence Cloud Spaces: * One as external Knowledge Base for portal customers (how-to articles, troubleshooting guides) * One as internal Knowledge Base for agents (procedures, troubleshooting guides,…

Hi @Sai For Jira Service Management: There is no Customer limit, on none of the plans There is an Agent limit, depending on your plan: * Free: 3 agents * Standard: 10,000 agents * Premium: 10,000 agents * Enterprise: 10,000 agents I don't assume you have more than 10,000 agents, right?

Hi @Irene Thanks for sharing this update. Some questions: * What happens if a transition has a transition screen? Will a pop-dialog window appear to enter comments and/or other required/optional fields? * Does the in-line status change take into account workflow conditions and validators?

Hi @Anna Šívrová Have a look at Tempo Ideas and check if the suggestion has already been made for Cloud. * If yes, add your vote(s) * If not, create an idea (suggestion)

Thanks for sharing @Abby Stiris , keep up the good work!

Hi @Velickaite Vika You haven't indicated whether Jira is hosted on-prem or in cloud. If your Jira URL contains .atlassian.net, you're on cloud. Could you confirm please? Can you also share a screenshot of what the issue is exactly? It's a bit unclear to me from the description alone. Are you working with a Kanban Board…

Hi @BenWade See What are roll-ups in Advanced Roadmaps? for more info. The latest Due Date of the standard/base issue type should roll-up to the "Epic" level. Due dates of the "Epic" issue type should roll-up to the level above (as defined in the issue hierarchy). This looks like:
