Hi @Michele A_ Fisher Is the Attachment field not visible in one project or in multiple/all projects? Have you checked if the Attachment field is hidden (by accident) in the field configuration scheme associated with that project? If so, click Show to show it again.

Hi @Anderson Hsu You can only export an entire Confluence Space to XML (zipped archive), no other formats are possible. You can export multiple pages to HTML or PDF You can export a single page to Word. PowerPoint is not one of the supported formats.

My favorite Loom tip is to follow all of @Matt Reiner _K15t_ 's videos and shorts on YouTube, he's a legend. 😉 And yes, the Confetti button does the trick... 🎉

Ouch, my memory has forsaken me on this one, but I do remember: 255 Computer Command Technically, this is not an RC, you program the direction from buttons under the hood. Tamiya - Ford F-150 Ranger XLT A very expensive Christmas gift I got from my father who built it, it took hours and hours to complete.

Is there a way to switch from pull (manually going to this page and checking the planned product updates) to push (receiving automated email notifications about upcoming changes, on a weekly interval)?

Just waiting for one thing: database imports...

Within Customer access under portal settings, you can choose whether customers are able to sign up for an account or not.

Hi @Thiago Borges welcome to the Atlassian Community! Sure, if you have a group created for users with Jira product access, you can use this group to grant Confluence product access and grant this group access to each space. This way, users will always be synced automatically for both products (Jira and Confluence).

Correct and then, per user, you can differentiate between 'View only' or 'Can edit' (which includes the view of course.)
-
Hi @ylutsuk welcome to the Atlassian Community! Your statement is correct, no view = no edit either Access setting Means “Anyone in this space can view and edit” No restrictions. “Anyone in this space can view, only some can edit” Editing is restricted to specific people. “Only specific people can view or edit” Both…

Hi @M welcome to the Atlassian Community! I certainly understand your question and would expect this as well if you have opted-out of AI. Unfortunately, this button cannot be removed. Atlassian will continue to lure you. :-)

Hi @Matthew Heales Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Great to hear that the issue is solved.

Hi @Patrick Schüßler _yasoon_ Can customers search for troubleshooting and how-to articles in the Help Center directly from Teams with your app?
-
Hi @Sal From the documentation: "Outbound references point from the current object to another object, while inbound references point from another object towards the current object. The direction of a reference is relative; it will change depending on which object you are examining." In this case you have a many-to-many…

Hi @Nikky FinchBrock Have you tried the beta of Confluence Databases yet? It's becoming generally available soon and might meet your requirements. You cannot use the Status Macro for calculations.
-
Hi @岩永岳浩 welcome to the Atlassian Community! Interesting question you have, hence I'm following this thread. I haven't had the chance to try out either of the mentioned apps yet.
-
Hi @George G The public comments are available for customers and can be seen in the portal request. May an extra expand click be necessary? Yes. A lengthy thread of dozens of comments doesn't seem particularly useful either. Mostly, it's the last comments that indicate the next step, feedback or action to be taken. In case…

Databases for Confluence is a cloud-only solution, it is not available for Data Center. You cannot insert single rows of a table in Confluence into another page, only the entire table. There might be third party apps available on the Marketplace that meet your requirements.

Hi @SSU To display the contents of an Excerpt Macro, you can use the Excerpt Include Macro.
-
Hi @Emmanuel.A welcome to the Atlassian Community! The 'buttons' you are referring to are either workflow transitions or custom fields. You can add 'action buttons' like 'Close Ticket' or 'Schedule Ticket' by editing your workflow with a transition. A transition moves the ticket from one status to another. For fields, you…

You're welcome! If it helped you, thanks to click the green Accept answer button.

Have you changed the value of the field Campaign Name for an issue? What is the value you entered?
-
Hi @Nick Ignatenko welcome to the Atlassian Community! You cannot search for a portal group in JQL natively. Workaround 1 Group the request type of the same portal group in your JQL query: "Request Type" IN ("<request type A of portal group 1>","<request type B of portal group 1>","<request type C of portal group 1>") Of…

Hi @shivani shirguppi This will only work for value that have no spaces as labels don't support values with spaces. You could create an automation rule like: When: Values changes for Campaign Name Then: Edit issue fields Generate Campaign name with smart value {{issue.Campaign Name.value}}

Per documentation, pages on a personal space will be default accessible by the team, see Customize your personal space So in theory, your Confluence Administrators shouldn't change anything. I just tried to reproduce the issue, but when I invited my newly created personal space, the confluence-users group has view…

Hi @imran2075 welcome to the Atlassian Community! Are you talking about a kanban board in Jira? Because right now, you're asking this question in the Confluence product group. As for your question itself: Would you like to have a separate swimlane in your board for every different due date on any issue of the board filter?…
-
Hi @Sam Junker Welcome to the Atlassian Community! A personal space is by default viewable to everyone in the company. To check this, go to Space settings > Space permissions > Groups. The group confluence-users should at least have the All View permission checked. The screenshot you attached tried to impose restrictions…

Welcome @Clar Marie !

That depends on your customer access settings indeed.

Hi @Mel Brooker If you want to have the root cause filled out only for Bugs (and not for Support and New Feature requests), then you'll have to split the workflow for these issue types. The Bug workflow can be identical with the only difference being a transition screen added to the closing transition. This…
