Hi @Randeep Kaur Unpopular opinion: Leave the 'CLOSE' status as it is and add a Resolution 'Rejected' to your list of resolutions. Then create a 'Resolution' transition/workflow screen with at least 'Resolution' as field and choose 'Rejected' as resolution when transitioning to the 'Done' status. PS: The name of the status…

Hi @Tharunkumar B What is your source? Do you want to restore data from an XML backup? Are you trying to import a space from Confluence Cloud?

This one's for you(r oldest) @Amanda Barber

My current top 3 albums in random order: * Alchemy: Dire Straits Live (Remastered) by Dire Straits (1984) * Fallen by Evanescence (2003) * Terlingua by Mono Inc. (2015) It's incredibly hard to limit to 3 albums only. This list would change daily.

I absolutely agree with @Boris Berenberg - Modus Create . Notification should CLEARLY indicate for which site the notification is sent. As an Atlassian Solution Partner, I have access to many cloud sites of our clients and there can be no confusion about notifications.
-
That may be a restriction of the mobile version indeed. There is no feature parity between the web version, the app version and the mobile version.
-
That's strange behavior. Have you submitted a request to Atlassian Support yet? With a Premium Plan you're entitled to direct support.
-
Hi @Christian Piermayr are the team members with the standard member role granted the Browse users and groups global permission?
-
Hi @Emmet Townsend welcome to the Atlassian Community! First of all, you can restrict your internal spaces by limiting space permissions to internal users/user groups only and/or add additional page restrictions for view/edit. This is the space admin's responsibility. Would those external clients use a Confluence license…

Thanks @Stefano Galati , I didn't know this, thanks for the explanation. I thought it was only possible with Comala Document Management.
-
Hi @Jeremy Nydegger are you using any Macros on your page? If yes, which macros have you inserted?
-
Looking at the Notifications page of the Comala Document Control Cloud app, this is not featured. Don't hesitate to contact the app vendor with your question.
-
Hi @karine pommeret welcome to the Atlassian Community! For an answer to this question, I'm referring to the following documentation article: Manage Atlassian quotes Only a Billing admin can request a quote.

Hi @iurii.turlovich welcome to the Atlassian Community! To my knowledge, you cannot. Expiry dates only work the Approved state, not on the Review state. And even if you could, what would happen if the approver(s) didn't approve within the next x days?
-
Hi @jeroen_wilmes You may not use Resolutions as criterium for your releases, but the Resolution field is essential for Jira to determine whether an issue is open or resolved (i.e. done) Why don't your set an automatic resolution (f.e. Done) for status 'Done' via a post function in your workflow?
-
Hi @Ncumisa Veronica Booi When viewing the issue, click on the three dots in the upper right corner, then choose Link issue.
-
Hi @Shree Jantre that's strange behavior indeed. Have you performed an upgrade recently? Have you tried re-indexing Jira?
-
Hi @Surabhi Srivastava welcome to the Atlassian Community! The Jira Work Management board has a limit of 3000 issues
-
Hi @Sudhir Bhatia these are quite advanced requirements. Unless you work with Confluence databases, there are no dropdown menus in Confluence. I believe you might need a third-party app like Scroll Documents and Scroll Versions to meet these requirements.
-
Autonomy and control in balance, I like the additional notification options to decrease notification fatigue.
-
There is no additional information available about these gadgets. I suggest you create a test dashboard and add these gadgets to see the available options for each gadget, then decide which gadgets are most useful on a dashboard.

Thanks for the workaround @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM !

Great to hear it got resolved! Thanks to click the green 'Accept answer' button if my answer helped you.
-
Hi @Jack Hendry welcome to the Atlassian Community! No, Confluence macros do not exist in Jira. If you access a Confluence page from within a Jira issue however, you should be able to insert this macro. But you cannot use it in a Jira comment for example.

Thanks to click the green "Accept answer" button if my answer helped you.

Correct: Epic Status (not related to the actual status) is now obsolete. If the Epic has a resolution set/has a 'Done' status category, it will no longer show in the Backlog Epic panel.

Hi @morgan.everson welcome to the Atlassian Community! Good call to quarantine the email. This cloud site is no longer available now. You can safely delete the email.
-
Hi @Theresa Rausch welcome to the Atlassian Community! Currently, when an Atlassian system sends an email to a user (due to a Cloud site invitation, Jira or Confluence notifications, any changes that would be notified via email) there is the possibility that the email will be bounced. When this happens the email address is…

Hi @David Clark welcome to the Atlassian Community! * You have a queue in a JSM service project with the name "IMO" * You have created a custom field "IMO" which is a Number field, right? * You only want to display issues where the "IMO" custom field has a value, right? * You want to display the field "IMO" as a column in…

Hi @Jai Chandra welcome to the Atlassian Community! Are other managed accounts within the site/org receiving the verification code without issues? Are you the only one not receiving it?
