Hi @v_Mboitai welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please follow the configuration instructions in this documentation article: Connect to self-managed products with application tunnels

Hi @Josef Najsel welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm unable to reproduce the issue on a MacBook Pro with M3 processor. Do you experience the same issue with the web version? Are other apps also experiencing performance issues? Have you tried removing and re-installing the app?

Hi @Alon Braun welcome to the Atlassian Community! To filter Trello board cards by Custom Field dropdown values, follow these steps: * Enable the Custom Fields Power-Up: * Go to your Trello board. * Click on the "Power-Ups" button at the top of the board. * Search for "Custom Fields" in the Power-Ups directory and enable…

In the early days, it was Internet Explorer. I briefly explored Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, but since I switched to Chrome, I never went back, despite its privacy and memory usage concerns.

I'm only seeing limits, guardrails and restrictions in Assets these days. Don't know how exactly this improves scalability... 🙁

@Divyanshi What will the version number of the new LTS be? 9.12.x/5.12.x is the current LTS dd. 29 november 2023.
-
That was really confusing indeed. Great to hear you're still on board @Tanguy Crusson !
-
Hi @Sandra Moreno welcome to the Atlassian Community! What kind of changes are you looking for? * Spaces created * Spaces deleted * Space details edited * Space permission changes * Pages created * Pages edited * Pages archived * Pages deleted * Admin changes * ...

Hi @SianS you first need to set your estimation statistic. The estimation statistic is important because it's used to calculate team velocity. For each sprint, the velocity is the sum of the Estimation Statistic for completed stories. If your team is consistent with its velocity, you can use it to determine how much work…

Thanks for hosting this webinar @Mindy Park and for the hands-on demo @John Hooper ! I'm mostly looking forward to using the Content manager to keep pages and spaces up-to-date. Automations in Confluence would be the next step.

Hi @Eric Roetenberg The Timeline view within a single project will indeed show only the Epics of that project. It won't show the timeline for cross-project Epics, even if you've created a separate project for all (and only) your Epics. Example * You create a software project called EPIC with only Epic issue type * You…

Hello @Carsten Milark welcome to the Atlassian Community! When talking about "Confluence sides", I support you don't mean a site (as in <sitename>.atlassian.net). I assume that you are talking about Confluence pages (in Spaces). Are you talking about space permissions (who can view/edit the space) or page restrictions (who…

Hi @Anna Bodyl welcome to the Atlassian Community! You cannot. With a Jira Software license, you can only add an internal comment in the service project (in JSM) to the agents of the project. You cannot add a comment visible to the customer. Jira Service Management allows unlimited customers. But in order to prevent the…

During the last days of summer, I'm still long for a Cornetto Classic

Thanks for sharing @Casey Amorello , the CTT has been busy.

Hi @giorgio rastrelli Got to <yoursitename>atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/jira-service-management configuration Under paragraph Organization management you'll find the following option: Should new requests automatically be shared with a customer's organization? Select "No, don't share email requests with the…

As @Rilwan Ahmed mentioned, right now, not possible.
-
I mean to create a Jira Project for each team and use that project as location for your team board. Yes, I'm referring to Atlassian teams Sorry if it's confusing, don't hesitate to ask clarification.
-
Hi @Sabyasachi Samal what field type are those fields? Either Text or Dropdown can be edited from the List View.
-
Hi @Anders Hebert You are correct. A team board always has a single location. Besides having projects with their own agile boards, you can also create a Team project for task management, independent of the Project projects. Create a new agile board in the Team project with a exhaustive filter covering all projects the team…

Hi @wesleysingh This is not possible. Currently, the easiest way is to click on View settings and then click on Expand all Epic issues. But after a refresh of the page or returning to the Timeline, the Epic issues will be collapsed again.
-
Hi @Eric Roetenberg Milestones are currently not featured in the timeline of a project or in Jira plans. A workaround. A workaround is to use Releases/Versions for milestones.
-
Hi @Will J what feedback exactly did you receive that did not solve those problems. I have numerous use case of larger organizations where development teams are struggling with requests and changes (i.e. unplanned work) from JSM that have been assigned to their team. A separate shortcut link in the menu is a step closer to…

Under PLANNING, when you click on Reports from the Scrum Board, the following list of reports should appear, including the Sprint Reports. I assume that you've already completed one or more sprints.
-
Does the board have an active sprint and backlog?

Hello @Jeff Lessin Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Here's what ChatGPT says about Jira vs Airtable: 1. Core Focus and Use Cases * Jira: Jira is primarily designed for project management, especially for software development teams. It excels in managing complex workflows, tracking issues and bugs, and supporting Agile…

Hi @Ayah Fneish welcome to the Atlassian Community! * Are you using a company-managed or a team-managed project? * Have you used the Scrum template when the project was created? * Have you added a Scrum board to the project?
-
Hi @Mircea Craciun Strange, I'm unable to reproduce the issue. After refreshing the backlog, the quick filter remains applied.

Hi @Hugo Santos welcome to the Atlassian Community! As per Atlas documentation: How to link work in Jira Software to goals and projects powered by Atlas: There is a 1:1 mapping between a project powered by Atlas and a Jira Software epic. If you’d like to add more links to your project in Atlas without syncing them, we…
