Hi @Michael Fedulov without registering for the EAP (because I'm not eligble), I'm also interested to know which features are being ideated specifically for HR teams. How would you restrict features to HR teams only in JSM?

Alignment across products seems logical. However, an in-product pop-up warning would be nice to draw attention to this current state lock-in. Many JPD admins are not aware of this consequence when switching from a Standard or Premium plan to a free plan. This may lead to confusion and upgrading back is not that obvious.

It is not meant to replace Atlas. Focus is an Enterprise product and an add-on for Jira Align. If you're not using Jira Align, you just remain with Atlas (or Platform Experiences in Jira) for goals and projects.
