Yes, where's the confetti?

Glad it got sorted out!

Hi @Scott Pearson welcome to the Atlassian Community! Have you selected the correct data center region when trying to login?
-
Hi @Tomislav Tobijas thanks for the inspiration. I'm interested in your expense tracker in Jira (moved from Excel). Could you please explain a bit more how you configured it?

Sorry for the small rant, but I still don't understand whether Atlassian Home is considered a separate product (as its listed as a separate "App" under the App Switcher), whether it will remain free up till the point Goals and Projects become a paid subscription, even with Premium features in the future. Atlas was a…

I don't have a sticker on my driver's license, but I'm a donor as well, that's on the medical info of my mobile.

Hi @Chen, Hao Welcome to the Atlassian Community! On a space level, the Confluence/Space Admin can deselect the Export space permission for the users/groups within that space. User can export the whole space. (Page-level export is governed by the "View" permission. anyone who can view a page can also export it.)

Hi @Vishal Kochhar Capacity for Kanban teams is very limited in Plans. First of all, Kanban teams can only use time-based estimates. For Kanban teams, work is broken down into iterations which each last one week. You can set the weekly capacity of a Kanban team in either days or hours, but the length of the iteration…

Hi @Alaa Mehio welcome to the Atlassian Community! For permissions, I suggest to read the following documentation articles: * Configure board permissions * Account settings, billing and security * Atlassian Administration It depends whether your talking about permissions of a workspace or a board, how to access Trello, how…

Another reason never to use team-managed projects.

Hi @Kunal Maheshwari welcome to the Atlassian Community! Jira components provide the possibility to identify the component lead and automatically assign issues to the default. You don't need to create a new component field for that. Just make sure that the Components field is added to the screens of your project.

Hi @Matt Richards have you tried to clear your browser's cache and history to reset the login? Or have your tried from another browser?
-
Hi Gerard, Yes, you are correct, the Timeline View is limited to 1 project only (within the project you are viewing) Having an overview of all current/future releases over all projects would require a Jira Premium Plan or a paid third-party Marketplace app. I do understand your frustration over a feature being sunset…
-
Hi @Violeta Teofilova First of all, good to know that the workflow scheme of this project is not associated with other projects. Have a look at the following documentation page: Permissions for company-managed projects , especially the section Edit Workflows administration permission.

Hi Gerard, just to be clear: I'm not from Atlassian, we volunteer in the Community Forum and help answering questions where we can. All Jira Cloud Premium or Enterprise licenses include access to advanced planning features. If you have access to it, you’ll see a menu titled Plans in your Jira navigation bar. If you’re…

For cross-project planning and follow-up, you'll need Plans which is a Premium feature in Jira.

@Daniella Latham Is an update foreseen for this article (Atlas > Atlassian Home)? Furthermore, following feature requests could be considered a FAQ: * Remove deactivated followers from projects * Switch (toggle) from private to public projects and vice versa * Add custom emoji/icons to projects
-
Hi @GVE (Gerard), welcome to the Atlassian Community! I suppose you are referring to this announcement: We're ending support for five dashboard gadgets on Dec. 9, 2024 As described in this article, The Timeline View in a Jira project and Plans (Premium feature) are available alternatives. Have you tried these alternatives?…
-
Hi @Ahmud Auleear Logical decision, respect the work item hierarchy and keep it standardized.
-
@Andrew Hammond Agreeing with the other replies above. One should be able to remove a deactivated user as a Follower since its clutter and no longer relevant. Any updates on that feature request?
-
Hi @Kate Reeder following up on an old answer here. Did this solve your issue? If yes, thanks to click the green 'Accept answer' button.
-
@Vernon L I'm struggling with the same issue. I can change the current owner of a project to myself, but not to a colleague of mine who does have product access. What could be the reason? Which access or permission(s) are needed to be the owner of a Project in Atlassian Home (fka Atlas)?
-
Great to hear that it got solved, thanks to click the green "Accept answer" button in that case.

Hi @Hanna Solstrand welcome to the Atlassian Community! Cancel a Workspace’s plan You’ll need to be a Workspace administrator to cancel your Trello Premium or Standard Workspace plan. To cancel the Workspace’s plan: * Expand the sidebar and select Settings then Billing * Select Cancel at the bottom of the page * Your…

Hi @Jorian Bos welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm afraid you cannot change the character limit of the title length of a cross-project release in Plans. Although I understand the use of a syntax of your cross-project release, why include the project as it is a "cross-project" release? Can't these first 40 characters…

Hi @Fabienne welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please have a look at the following documentation page: Change or cancel your Trello plan

Hi @Marek Michalski welcome to the Atlassian Community! Confluence Cloud doesn't offer a direct "Full Width" toggle for the homepage, but you can adjust the layout for individual pages (including the homepage) using the Section and Column macros.

I never fished in my life, so I could only tell you about I nearly got "phished", these scams are getting harder and harder to detect nowadays. 🎣

I see, indeed. When trying to insert the Include Page macro within a template, I'm also unable to select a page and have the same "error": However, when I start typing, the pages do appear:
-
Hi @Evy Olsen welcome to Atlassian Community! At the moment, I'm unable to reproduce the issue. What error/pop-up/message do you get when you try to insert this macro in a template (or on a page)?
