Hi @Tracy Turley Is Tracy a custom standard issue type (work type) in your Jira Cloud configuration? Is it a level above Epic in your hierarchy? Where are you trying to group by Initiative? An agile board? A Plan in Plans?

Hi @Ellen Walter How can I look for learning paths, modules, collections or courses that I haven't started or completed yet? Since the move from University to Learning, I'm missing this overview, unless I simply don't know where to look/search for it.... I can filter by duration, type, level, product, product role,…

Hi @Daniel - Marketing Para Cartórios welcome to the Atlassian Community Forums! If your 'Trello Question' is about reverting the UI to the previous version, then I'm afraid Atlassian isn't planning to do so. What do you find terrible about the changes? * Trello Inbox * AI-powered productivity * Trello Planner * Updated…

Classic vs. Next-Gen projects became company-managed vs. team-managed projects.

Even more than pure AI 'gadgets': Rovo's Teamwork Graph as the foundational intelligence layer powering AI capabilities is still my favorite, especially for unified AI search.

Here's what I remember: Plan your message: Before recording, outline the key points. Use the title effectively: Make it descriptive so viewers know what to expect. Break it into chapters (Loom supports timestamp-based chapters): This helps viewers jump to the sections they care about. Stick to 2–5 minutes for most use…

👀 good @Lauren Rodolico , I like the consistency with the new global navigation. Can't wait for the roll-out!

@Phong Nguyen - Atlassian Solutions Engineer Thanks for sharing However, if you need a 'manual' just for covering all the different resource channels, then there is no single source of truth. #fomo

Let's try with: JQL (project = xxy AND labels = Demand0900) only: * Are all work items from that project with that label shown in the filter results? * Which of these work items are shown in the board when the board is using this filter (so without project = XXX)
-
Hi @Steeve P_ You'll need to split the single SLA into two separate SLA's: * N1 SLA * N2 SLA Reason for this is that N1 SLA needs to stop/pause at the moment of assignment to N2. Additionally, you might want to reconfigure your workflow depending on the statuses you are using for N1 and N2. Or you might need to add a…

Hi @Harry Chung welcome to the Atlassian Community Forums! In the lower-right corner of your Timeline view you can change the period: Today | Weeks | Months | Quarters. If the bar is not visible, click the < button.

There may be a lot of reasons why work items (issues) are not shown on a board. In order to further troubleshoot, can you share the JQL of the filter that is used? (if needed by anonymizing the project names)
-
Can you share the Filter you are using?

⚠️ The Kanban board of a team-managed project cannot show issues from different/multiple projects, the board is always tied/associated with a single project and only displays issues from within that project. Yet another reason why I never create team-managed projects...
-
Hi @Kåre Lund welcome to the Atlassian Community Forums! The All work view (tab) displays the hierarchy of work items (issues) in your project with additional filtering possible.

Hi @Corinne Guibert which View are you using to sort this column? List, All work, Search, ...?

💡Hint: The [ keyboard shortcut is used for both expanding AND collapsing the sidebar, NOT ] as mentioned in the documentation.

Yes, then it's included and free.

Hi @Tanja Krinke Welcome to the Atlassian Community Forums! Do you see the work item (issue) listed in the Filter itself? Is it a company-managed project (which I assume) or a team-managed project? Is it a work item (issue) that is in a 'Done' status category which might not be visible due to the time frame/value of the…

👀 Another quite significant UI change that Jira admins en product owners will need to "explain" to their users. The current location is quite "in your face" and enforces the importance of the process stage. With the new location, it's more integrated next to the other - unrelated - buttons, although the location seems more…
